 | pribosse sup bro, here's necro dogg http://necrodogg.bandcamp.com/
 | Motiv3 Haha I get that feeling. I haven't really bothered with led zep yet either. But I'm not the biggest fan of hard rock tbh.
 | Motiv3 Hahaha oh my god you're right, it is similar! What took u so long to start listening to King Crimson by the way?
 | Shuyin you know my lil secret, heh?
 | SIMBOLIC symbolic was taken so were all the others dont even go there brah
 | KILL 22, with the music taste of a 50 year old and the intelligence of a 14 year old evile fan, but the chicks dig it!
 | KILL because i'm a loser and its pretty much all i do! its easy if you know how!
 | Yuli Thanks bud. =] also, I uploaded all the Press to Meco songs on Youtube-- check out my comment in the album's thread to take a listen, if you're still interested!
 | Shuyin ahahah youre just like me, when someone recs me something i only really check it 2-4 months later
 | DarkNoctus thanks, xvision. i hope all is well with you.
 | bach lol anytime man.
 | bach That wonder years album wasn't my thing. Maybe I need a few more listens. I can see why people would like it tho
 | Yuli Hey man, I may be uploading the Press to Meco tracks to Youtube. It seems they aren't on the Internet elsewhere, unless you have access to Spotify.
 | Willie It's definitely a grower because it doesn't have those instant melodies.
 | nope thats not me
 | my complete freedom album?
 | haha absolutely not
 | Motiv3 And I like the new deafheaven, I just don't think its mindblowing like the majority of this site.
 | Motiv3 DT as in Dark Tranquility? Nah not yet, tbh I'm as big of a fan of them as I once was anyway. How about u?
 | bach I'll give it a listen. Thanks for the rec
 | bach I haven't. Any good?
 | Motiv3 a lot of meshuggah, some tim hecker, wormrot and wild nothing really. Trouble will find me is amazing. What about you?
 | Motiv3 hey dude, yeah I'm alright. How are you?
 | KILL mostly dinosaur jr and meat puppets, just listened to the new CoB which surprisingly isnt terrible lol
 | CaptainDooRight ya know I've never actually heard of them before bro. Do u think I'd dig them?
 | CaptainDooRight Sik bro ill auto pos hard! Looking forward to reading it bro
 | CaptainDooRight album is done: http://trvth.bandcamp.com/album/black-horse-plague
 | SlaveState Obscure post-punk like L.A.S.'s Crime and some old obscuro rock like Silver Apples. But I can't really trace it to anything in particular.
 | SlaveState For the review? Yeah sure. My goal was to make some ambient dark rock music based on black metal and alternative music like the darker side of post-punk. The songs are pretty minimalist. Through out the year I hope to release a few more demos and eventually remix and compile them into an LP. As for inspirations, it is mostly just flowing out of me. It is exactly the kind of music I want to make right now and I don't have to think too much about it, but these days I am listening to a lot of (...)
 | bach I got them wiped because my pie chart wasn't representing what I listen to accurately (In my opinion anyway). I've re-rated almost everything, though. I think it looks fine.
 | bach Yeah, I remember you! I'm doing fine. Got my ratings wiped, I'm a brand new sputniker. If you want any more recs don't be afraid to ask.
 | bach Sweet. I've noticed you take quite a liking to Neurosis..... Have you listened to Mastodon? If not, they share similarities with Neurosis. Give 'em a spin when it's convenient for you.
 | CaptainDooRight been a while since i jammed dt, but from i remember i think i liked character better
 | bach That would be correct my friend. I'm sixteen.
 | CaptainDooRight haha thanks bro, that would def be my goal, we'll see how peeps react to it, there's some experimentalism to it along with trying to make it accessible so we'll see how that plays out, ill def keep u posted bro
 | CaptainDooRight haha, I thought we had talked about it bro, my badz, well yea maine I'm working on it right now, that's why I haven't done any reviews. Been really focusing on it. I have the first track pretty much done with a few things left. I'll be making a list about it shortly. The first track is 18 minutes long and I can't wait to share it with everyone. It's really emotional inclined with specific dynamics taken from metal and various other genres.
 | ChuckyTruant Haha yeah man. I don't even have Exoplanet 5'd anymore. And now I listen to a lot of older metalcore and some dm and some indie and more hardcore and yeah lmao
 | Crysis Such an amazing album, you'll definitely like it. Once you're done with that, if you want some more black metal that is kind of similar listen to Darkspace - Dark Space III
 | ChuckyTruant I'd be delighted if you checked out my most recent review man!
 | ChuckyTruant http://www.sputnikmusic.com/review/52763/War-From-A-Harlots-Mouth-Voyeur/#comments
 | KILL moving pictures if better but my fav is prob hemispheres, but a farewell and moving and just behind
 | CaptainDooRight It's kinda against my code bro. I usually only rev albums that don't have reviews, but there are minor instances where ill break the rule but symbolic already has way too many reviews. I'm working on my album right now but when I'm done ill prolly start reviewing again.
 | Maniac! I know, I wasn't being defensive. Hello, welcome to sputnik; where sarcasm and bulls***ting prevails.
 | Maniac! I've liked Bathory for a while, sir.
 | KILL if youre on about my ratings then nah i usually wait a while and then rate what ive been listening to over the past few days
 | CaptainDooRight that's sick dude, do you record and stuff or have any music to dl or stream?
 | CaptainDooRight yeah bro, def love that album, not much bro, i just made a list with rec'd album for sputers, what's been goin down? you play any instruments?
 | ChuckyTruant ohhhhhh!!!! sup dude, did you get your name changed as well? or is this a different account?
 | ChuckyTruant haha yeah, i got into Johnny Truant a lot, and thought it was cool
 | Motiv3 yes i did, good digs :P
 | Motiv3 A lot of Parallax 2 lol. Today its been Incantation, Neurosis, Necrophobic and now Jeremy Soule.
 | Crysis Kveldssanger then Nattens Madrigal - listen to the "trilogy" in order
 | OmairSh But I still enjoy FII. Got great groove with Myung all over it, he's got a great sense of melody which he doesn't show anymore sadly.
 | OmairSh dude wth my post got cut twice. Yeah I heard IW and awake and then I forgot FII for a while
 | OmairSh Falling into infinitys an underrated album
 | DarkSideOfLucca That was a confusing post, I was talking about why I missed Meshuggah not DT lol
 | DarkSideOfLucca A Change of Seasons is probably my favorite song of all time- have some lyrics tattooed on my back. I had tickets to see them on three separate occasions but literally the day of or before something would happen- family emergency, jobs being assholes, and finally this summer I had pneumonia when they came around- bought tickets to all three shows i missed lol
 | DarkSideOfLucca Aha, I know but I've never seen my personal favorite band (Meshuggah) live yet! Part 2 was my favorite album by them for years, but actually just gave Images another listen about a month or two again and for the first time in like 8 years totally changed my mind- Images
 | DarkSideOfLucca I did, and I'm usually not too into hardcore influenced stuff either but I thought it was pretty awesome. I may prefer Jane Doe and Axe to Fall though- I see you like Dream Theater lol I actually saw them like 7 or 8 times, met them at Jones Beach, saw the concert in Radio City with the full orchestra...I kinda stalk them lol
 | DarkSideOfLucca Hell yeah dude! Always a pleasure to meet people who love the same music I do, even if it's via internet. Keep listening to awesome s***
 | CaptainDooRight sweet bro sounds legit,, Ive just been busy with moving into my new place and just normal work stuff, jaming music and what, setting a few things up
 | bach You too, Vision.
 | bach Devin Townsend- EpicloudStrapping Young Lad- CityModest Mouse- The Moon And The Antarcticaand Converge's new album.
 | Crysis Goat Horns if you want a lot of keyboards, The Voice of Steel if you don't.
 | Crysis Glad you like it, one of the best mdm albums ever
 | Shuyin Since The Day It All Came Down and Above the Weeping World, those 2 are their best albums by far
 | Shuyin still need to give it a listen, just waiting to get in the right mood. autumn and all makes up for some good agalloch/insomnium jams m/ its gonna be hard to top the mantle for me, i love that album. 5'd it hard m/
 | Shuyin ofc man, i gotta keep it trve!
 | Shuyin there, rated a new one now :]
 | Captain666 cuz I called Darth out for lying about his age and calling him a fag jokingly
 | Shuyin they're awesome, check out Ulver - Bergtat too, they also have those folky elements
 | Shuyin tbh i have no idea who you are
 | bach My favorite has to Blue or violet. I made a list a while back naming my favorite to least favorite. and about my name...... it happens all the time. in the internet and in actuality. lol
