| Homogenic Agree with you. Now people are very obsessive with "acclaim", sales, checking it with mad speed and make a dispute between themselves. 5/5 albums are so rare thing, but humans still believe that their's "challenged" music taste with few mainstream pop artists like Beyoncé, Rihanna and Taylor Swift are DIVINE. I can't, sorry. Some reviewers are so lazy and we will forever see that template articles with clitché phrases.

| Frippertronics There were discussions about that when Atomic's Bowie review came around and it was more of an obituary that hardly told anyone about Blackstar and people had a problem with it being not being exactly Staff quality

| Frippertronics I haven't really had much issues in comment threads in a bit (unless I'm forgetting something), but the whole staff priority in terms of reviews from over a decade that doesn't even come close to indicating the overall quality of staff/contrib reviews is a bit bogus. I understand the rule and all, but there are some points where they should realize that just because there's a staff tag by it doesn't mean it's good. It's an insult to actual good reviews in general.

| Slex tbh the only song I am not totally crazy about is Another One, and it's still definitely not bad. and the production is just truly ****ing astonishing for the entire albumcould you see it being a 5? I know it's way early and all that but for me how impressive it is and the fact that it is a debut album has me sold that it will probably be viewed as a classic

 | Lord(e)Po)))ts better place to start than nowhere but you should definitely get At War With Walls and Mazes and listen chronologically. his evolution is particularly important compared to other artists because there are a lot of reoccurring themes and motifs along his musical development that you need to listen to in order to catch. plus the evolution is wild.

| ChoccyPhilly Yo, man. I see you've gotten my album two years running now and I think you'll like this one a fair bit. I do recommend you watch the TV series first, you'll get through series 1 in 5 hours and many samples come from scenes and will give you the feel of the intended atmosphere. Just a recommendation but other than that, happy listening, man.

| SPRFanOf5H My goal is to be good in writing, especially as I analyze albums like I do because like everyone here I'm passionate about music. It's opened me a path that can hopefully translate to a career in the music industry, and that's what I'm chasing for. I plan to major in journalism and radio broadcasting when I make it to college after next year, so getting heavily involved here writing and learning will do me massive dividends towards that.
