 | Wicker Ye, ANIT sucks even more than Pamela Andersson at her best years
 | Voivod ...And everything from a Swedish band called the Crown.
 | Voivod Tbh, from the names you mentioned, I know Entombed, Six Feet Under and Gorefest, all of them truly legit for a certain period in their heyday. Be sure to check Swan Song from Carcass, I never get tired of this album.
 | Voivod I have listed some of them in my year-end lists.

 | Voivod Thanks man, I really appreciate it. Now about death n? roll, I love it, but of late, I haven?t come across any new and interesting bands. Imho, the closest genre to it is crusty death metal, and there where interesting outfits are aplenty.

 | foxblood if u haven't i rec you check out Devoured by the Swirling Night first, it's more blackgaze and Blood Moon kind of evolves from that
 | foxblood i haven't checked out much yet sadly, just here i come falling and haste the day. i def will soon!
 | Gameofmetal i enjoyed reading it so yep. you always put a lot of effort into your descriptions and it makes it pretty informative to read
 | Gameofmetal I still hold that they're pretty melodic hardcore. I didn't really notice any of the djenty tone but I wouldn't be too surprised since that's all the craze in metalcore and hardcore these days. I also wouldn't say they're too heavy for melodic hardcore when you consider the Ghost Inside and For The Fallen Dreams who are labeled the same but have a very heavy side to their sound. Also the vocalist has that mid ranged passionate yell/scream going which is the basis for a good melo hardcore singer.
