 | SeaAnemone just stopped by to tell you how much I enjoyed your essential emotional hardcore list on rateyourmusic... it's a little difficult trying to absorb a genre that was primarily far before my time, but finding treasures like that on the internet make the ordeal MUCH easier. Also, know of anywhere I can find more info on Spirit Assembly? I'm from Lancaster yet have never heard of them (the music scene here's gone downhill it seems)

It is just a solid effort from a band that is interesting enough not to be generic. It is good and I'll probably use it for a month and then be done with it.
