 | LivingThrowaway For general noise, I'd recommend Kevin Drumm's "Sheer Hellish Miasma", Ramleh's "Hole in the Heart" (although it is closer to power electronics/death industrial) and, if you're feeling a bit ballsy, Pedestrian Deposit's "Fatale".

| LivingThrowaway For HNW, the one I reviewed is about as entry-level as it gets. Other good, albeit less accessible albums within the genre would be Mo*Te's one album and Alo Girl's "Gently Before She Dies", although that one is pretty tough to find.

| LivingThrowaway ****ing love the stuff. Pure bliss. I love it to the point that I've recently written a 5/5 review for vomir's collaboration with tanner garza and I've also made a list for HNW newbies.Definitely one of my favourite subgenres of noise (probably only behind power electronics). I love the way it makes my head feel as though it's imploding whenever I listen to it.

| HolidayKirk Thank you so much for the words it means a lot to me! What I've been trying really hard to do is hammer out my own style in such a way that you can tell I wrote it by the second sentence. This doesn't always result in a "well written review" per say but it does make for an interesring read. I'm a big fan of Brent DiCrenzo so a lot of my writing sounds like his (Peep his To the 5 Boroughs review).

Here's the kicker: by dibbing certain review to nit-pick we can focus on genres we are familiar with, thus handing out the best/relevant info.

| Gnocchi I was thinking a 'help writers section' i know tgeres already a proof reading sect. In the forums but maybe as contribs we can give a "hands on" in depth critique of new/old users wriring.

Also, don't judge the site over one staff member. :/ The users seem to be getting more and more diverse in their music tastes, but a lot of the staff hasn't gotten there, it seems. | KjSwantko Fair enough. I guess more than anything I just didn't even understand why did a review of a Country album considering you don't like country (besides Miranda Lambert). It'd be like me reviewing a rap record; no matter what it is I'm gonna think it sucks just because I don't like the genre. Anyway, you did a nice job with the review as far as writing goes; a lot of the content just didn't rub me the right way considering I'm from Upstate NY and love Country. Oh well, cheers bro.

| StagnantWords You're a frequent contributor, therefore if history repeats itself you're destined to be staff. I just feel that if you're gonna give a 1, you have to do a lot more convincing, sure his country stuff and later stains discography is consistently terrible, but in my opinion a 1 was given to please the bias of this website. (I have three lifehouse albums as 3.5 or higher and break the cycle as 5, so I could give a **** less what people think). Didn't mean to offend you, but overall this site is
