| OmairSh Listened to it a few times. I like most of the song apart from the chorus, that feels a little forced. Going to more listens to digest it obviously. Really wish the mastering was better, it sounds too compressed. What do you think?

| OmairSh It shouldn't be THAT hard for Dream Theater to make better albums than they are right now, but they keep doing it anyway. Agreed that Iconoclast was generic, probably the band's most generic album.

| OmairSh It's pretty much generic modern SX but I really enjoyed it surprisingly. That chorus is so addictive, and it's great to hear Russell's clean voice again. Plus it's the single and you know they were going to choose this kind of song. I feel the album's going to be better than Iconoclast at least.

| Mister Twister Hey man. You seem to really like Symphony X, so I would recommend Majestic and Time Requiem's first album to you. They're also neo-classical, though Time Requiem's debut also throws in prog elements. The other two albums are almost pure prog. Anyways, just a recommendation since you seem to enjoy Symphony X. Drop a rating on those albums, Abstract Symphony is my personal favorite album of all time. Probably isn't actually the best, but meh.

| Mister Twister I've listened to Symphony X before, and I'm sure it might be since I listened to Majestic first, but I preferred Majestic. I don't take away from Symphony X, the album was still good, but Abstract Symphony is just so amazing.
