 | tragic.details Awesome sauce! This sheds light on a few things and I imagine both games will make their way onto current and next-gen consoles. It would be silly of them to divide the market that way, especially since PS4 (and neXtbox probably) aren't going to be backwards compatible.

| tragic.details I think the biggest mystery here is whether or not GZ and PP are going to be released simultaneously, and if they are...when?! Also, I suspect this whole Hayter not voicing Big Boss thing is just more of Kojima's trolling in order to keep Solid Snake's, hopefully, inevitable appearance in PP a secret. We need full-fledged remakes of Metal Gear 1

| tragic.details Nah, I don't think Mantis was so insane at this point. If I remember correctly, his back story is that he worked for the FBI delving into the minds of serial killers, but sometime shortly before Shadow Moses he dove too deep and it drove him insane. If anything, he's just working for this "XOF" organization or the KGB.

| tragic.details That's a pretty reasonable conclusion, but still makes me wonder what Mantis has to do with it...unless he's probing Big Boss's mind while he's in his coma? Oh, and that horseback sequence, was that Ocelot?

| tragic.details Yeah, I saw the hospital demo. Still trying to wrap my head around what appears to be a young Psycho Mantis and a miraculously still living Volgin. As far as the 'open-world' bit goes, I imagine they're going to expand on a lot of the elements added in Peace Walker, it just won't be as linear. And, yeah, PP looks like it'll surpass MGS4 in every conceivable way.
