 | Gwyn. Glad you don't post anymore stay gone for the rest of eternity
 | Rowan5215 Not particularly a fan really, the vocals got on my nerves a bit and they have that kinda macho attitude that usually pisses me off with this kind of music.
 | Rowan5215 https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ybjyoqjwdkl0d0g/bSFBfbDX_B It took me ****ing ages to upload that so I hope you appreciate the bandwidth I lost for you
 | Rowan5215 hehe that's awesome. Their old name was Paper Street, I'm not sure what their album name was but it might have been Paper Street too. I don't have that album to give you now, although I did once upon a time, but I can send you Rook's acoustic live one.
 | JamesDay Nah that's all they have right now I'm pretty sure, they are recording new stuff now tho.
 | JamesDay Spread the word about Mirrelia, they need some new fans for sure.
 | Rowan5215 No probs dude, it's an incredible album. Do your best to spread it to other people with similar music taste to you, it deserves a lot more attention.
 | Rowan5215 https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3oc5q4my7i0a01x/wxwBFTScoU Elora Danan's album, finally. Hope that works.
 | Rowan5215 Sweet as man. Those aren't all the bands I know in this little niche but I didn't want to swamp you with recs all at once lol. And yeah idk about Mediafire, it just stops uploading at a certain point and won't go any further so I'm guessing it's screwed.
 | Rowan5215 Calling All Cars - pop/punk/alternative rock I guess, but not samey or generic, incredibly catchy. The Cat Empire - basically a mix of heaps of jazz/latin/ska styles with trumpets and funky bass, one of the most fun bands I know. Evermore - indie/alternative rock, really catchy and uplifting. The Getaway Plan - a mix of Sydonia and Birds of Tokyo, more brilliant vocals. Kisschasy - a bit like The Getaway Plan but without the metalcore parts.
 | Rowan5215 Alright man I'm giving mediafire another shot, see if it works. In the meantime, here's some recs for you:Cog - prog rock a little bit like Jericco except without the Middle-Eastern influence on the instrumentation.Sydonia - a bit of post-hardcore/metalcore but not in a generic or predictable way, fantastic vocals.Alex Lloyd - singer-songwriter type stuff. One of the best vocalists in the Aussie scene if not the best.
 | Rowan5215 Fair enough lol. I tried using mediafire to upload it but no dice, doesn't seem to want to work. Any other way I could send it to you?
 | Rowan5215 Yeah I'm pretty sure I rec'd Elora Danan on that list lol, but I'll look at it again so I don't repeat any bands. Just burning the CD now for you, would you like some recs in the meantime?
 | Rowan5215 Yeah man do you? I spent a lot of time discovering bands like Elora Danan, I could give you more recs in the same vein if you like.
 | Rowan5215 I'll mediafire it to you later today man, you want the low quality EP too?
 | Rowan5215 I have the album on CD man but I dunno if it's still available to buy. I'll send it to you if you want later today. As for the EP, I dunno if you can buy that either but I have it in relatively low quality from an internet rip.
 | Romulus oh nice! thanks for the heads up. anything loren does is an instalisten for me
 | Romulus i remember hearing a couple demos of theirs back before the crux came out but i don't remember too much of it. have they put out more since then?
 | peartnoy Yeah new killswitch is solid but could have been much more.
 | peartnoy Thanks man! Yeah the drums sound pretty bad (low budget). I love my vocalist though haha. I wrote everything so I'm happy you liked it, and thanks for the solo!
 | peartnoy Don't want to be annoying, but did you listen to my song haha?
 | peartnoy What are you favorite songs by them? Mine are Dance Macabre and Speed of Light.
 | peartnoy Yeah Fail Emotions is ****ing awesome! Did you listen to both the album and the EP?
 | oWhoadYo (Continued from post #1)If you want something more conventional and with more of a punk vibe get "Thee Imaginary Boys" and "Boys Don't Cry". If you want something just weird or silly Get "The Top" and Wild Mood Swings". Their most recent 2 albums are also very good. Get those after you've heard everything proceeding them though.http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/6031104/ -- You can download it all here.
 | oWhoadYo You asked me where to start with The Cure a while back...Start with "Seventeen Seconds" then get "Faith" then My personal favorite (Tied with Disintegration) "Pornography". If you like the real dark atmospheric styles of those three albums, get "Disintegration" then get "Bloodflowers". If you liked the more pop side of the first three albums I Rec'd you, get "The Head On The Door". If you want a mix between Dark atmosphere and pop, get "Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me" then "Wish".
