| cvlts it usually crops it for you. make sure the image is a jpg or jpeg format cause it won't recognize anything else.

| cvlts Probably cause you haven't made an avatar yet. go to 'Edit My Info' underneath your profile pic, select 'edit avatar' underneath Settings on your lefthand side.
