| MisterTornado mhm i agree. with the internet and spending so much time on it (me, you) we become so involved within all of its excess of media and information that it can often distort reality. that past before the internet is presented through roger troutman's original cut filtered through the modern excess (ie: hyper-updating twitter feeds / constantly scrolling through tumblr pages) of lopatin's looped and fragmented take on the song. notice the "wretched excess" text in the vid? that's there for a reason.

| iFghtffyrdmns gah I hate my username because it's stupid and clumsy and confuses so many people haha, but the 2006 Brand New demo tape was unofficially called Fight Off Your Demons, and that's also the name of their website, so it's a reference to that. Really wish I could change it though cause I hate it haha
