| xandermander See regular metalcore doesn't do it for me anymore, at least when it comes to instrumentation. I used to think Matt Greiner was the greatest drummer alive but when it comes to prog or even prog metalcore he gets whipped by guys like Haake, Halpern, Penne, etc.

| FrankRedHot I might not be the best person to ask for clean vox, but check out Caliban if you haven't already. Early Heaven Shall burn as well. For something more progressive, check out Starkweather and Coalesce. They're more abrasive, but the musicianship is crisp.

| xandermander I have no clue what This Means War is, but I would love to review ETID. I bought the pre-order the day they went up. I might be too much of a fanboy and give it an automatic 4.5 out of sheer excitement.

| Kimm I could but I chose not to. I know I'll regret it but whatever...I made other plans so at least my mind will be occupied. They're coming with bands I'm not interested in seeing sooo I might as well sit this one out. AUGUST BURNS RED IN FEBRUARY! I missed them the last two times they came because I was out of town...they've been my favorite band for YEARS. They may not be my "favorite" now but they're still way up there in my top ten.
