| Maniac! Well with terrible ratings like that.....;)

| FilthyBorgir Also don't be a fan boy in your reviews, you'll most likely get a neg even if it was written well. Also try not to do a track-by-track try to do a more overall sound (tbt's are very risky you might get a neg). This link might help you http://www.sputnikmusic.com/list.php?memberid=276983

| SeaAnemone ... the reader probably won't notice the technique, but it definitely makes your writing smoother to read, I think.

| SeaAnemone I was given a tip by one of the site's best reviewers of all-time that CAN dramatically improve flow, too-- it's sort of tough and you have to be really mindful while writing, but it's REALLY helpful if you can incorporate it---- vary your sentences so that it goes LONG (with a few commas, or semicolon, possibly, something a little more intricate) and then follow it with SHORT sentence (simple, not a lot of punctuation, concise and telling) then LONG then SHORT and so on.
|
| SeaAnemone I think I have a good tip to help you then... it may sound elementary, but make a sort of outline. Some of my reviews are rushed, but other time I sit down and write a sort of pre-review that includes A) apt adjectives I know I'd like to use B) a single overarching thought, opinion, or theme I want to incorporate and C) even full sentences that sound good. Then, it's just a matter of connecting them together.

| SeaAnemone what kind of writing help are you looking for help with, exactly, anything specific?
