| North0House2 I've noticed that, it seems to be averaging around a 3.5... which usually isn't high enough for me to check something out on a whim. But, I listened to Emery here and there back in the day and remember them being good. So, I'll give it a listen.

| Aids it's funny one of her older songs came on the radio while I was downtown todays. it was the one that goes "you want a piece of me" (probably called "Piece of Me"), and I was getting so into it, such a quality pop track. maybe I'll give her new one another shot, some of it had me rolling my eyes though

 | Kimm Thanks, I'm glad you thought so. And if you haven't heard any of their music yet, I wouldn't recommend Ekklesia. My guess is you'll like Breaker (Start with Devastator!). Portraits is my favorite personally - Talmidim (The Servants) is possibly the most beautiful song I've ever heard.

I can see where people are coming from, but personally I think that what I wrote was appropriate for what the album was. I even opened it with a quote from the vocalist explaining that the primary goal of the album was to convey a certain message, not make phenomonal music.
Maybe I should have started with a different album. In any case, I'll try to keep it more music centered in the future. Hope you POS'd it ;)

 | sublimefan1991 yo i saw you wanted pop recs a little while back. i s*** you not, check out shakira's "laundry service." she actually writes all the lyrics and a lot of the music too (she plays guitar, harmonica). i'm sure you've heard "underneath your clothes," "whenever, wherever," and "tango" but other songs like "fool" and "rules" etc on that album are legit pretty good.

| Omelette J'avoue que la symphonie est plutôt faible, excepté pour la dernière partie. De toute façon le bon sur cet album est plus lourd que le mauvais, ce qui laisse un bon 4 pour The resistance à mon avis.

Chaque chanson sur Black Holes and Revelations (mit appart Hoodoo qui fait un 4) dans mon livre à moi, valent 5.
