 | DaHound His songs with Nas are always fire as hell. Why You Hate The Game is one of his best songs. As a stan for anything g funk and west coast related and being a native, Game is definitely the continuation of the west coast legacy and almost singlehandedly held it up until YG came around. And Game was still making better records while YG went on one of the most depressing declines in recent rap history

| DaHound I?m right there with you. I first heard it freshman year of high school and I must?ve listened to it combined 50 times. Still my favorite Game and still one of the best rap albums ever made to me. I?m with you on the name drops thing I always loved references from people anyways so Game was like a dream come true. And I would much rather him have insane respect for everyone in the rap game before him than to throw shots and disrespect them. Game?s my dude man I gotta throw on doc 2 now haha

 | sunbathory i doubt there is much i can do at this point but i guarantee u that discussion in the gkmc thread will go no where. trust me ive had argument about race relations with ppl on here (including hillary) and i can guarantee you it will go no where you will eventually get exhausted and stop responding just out of apathy at which point he'll say he won the argument because u didn't respond and it will be a mess. this is like 100 percent what always happens but i guess do what u want jus heads up

| Hep Kat fortunately she's old enough now to use cough drops when she gets sick, so we're able to manage her colds that way. my mom has emphysema too, and she has an endless prescription for the big bottles, so if we go over there for dinner, instead of having a beer or a glass of wine or w/e, sometimes i'll fix myself a small glass of lean. i've never drank more than one small bottle's worth at one time, because it's completely unnecessary- that s*** creeps up on ya over time

| Hep Kat i didnt feel think it was, and i appreciate your concern. i don't do it very often. like, i only do it when someone in my immediate family has a script they're not using. i've never gone and copped it from johnny douchebag on the corner of da block. for example, my daughter won't take any cough medicine. period. so when she gets a script for that, i fill it, and i'll make lean out of it. it's weird because i can remember being her age (5) and loving the taste of prometh/codeine

 | gagnonov honestly didn't really enjoy this one, thought it was kinda bland. Daily Operation and Hard To Earn are probs my favorites tho. you should check out Reloaded by Roc Marciano, kind of like a slower paced Raekwon with the same descriptive smooth ass flow

| Hurricanslash I'm guilty of that as well, but yeah, as you said, it's all about the attitude you have about it. I mean, as much as I hate on that new Sremmurd-album, I still absolutely love No Flex Zone. SharkTooth, Lambs and you are the only ones I can name from off of my head who aren't this insufferable about Rap at the moment on here.

| Hurricanslash I noticed that a lot of people on here give zero ****s about lyrics in rap, if they aren't ridiculously stupid and endlessly quotable, care more about how much the beats "slap" and have a distinct disdain against more thought out/deep lyrics.

| ChoccyPhilly Sweet! I used to hate the genre but I found out the more experimental stuff appealed to me a fair bit. You should check out the recent Signor Benedick The Moor EP, Opus 3. I really enjoyed that and that and Clipping is the kinda stuff I'm looking for right now

I'm here everyday and i post about 20 times at least but most of my comments did come over the summer when I didn't have too much to do, so that explains it really.
