 | Jom All fair inquiries. That's what the majority wanted to go with (i.e., the 'unceremoniousness' of it all), and my compromise was to have the shorter re-application for those 15 of you. I would encourage you to do that because they probably aren't aware of the goings-on that caused you to have a slower year than usual -- especially since you contributed to the year-end list. The contribs need a hip-hop representative as it is. Please consider it - cheers!

| toxin. Nah I agree it's definitely solid. I'm interested to see where he's going musically too, but I'm not gonna lie, if Synesthesia was any indicator, I'm going to miss the piano-based tracks a lot.

And the electronic bloops you mention are one thing, and then the verses are a bit dull, esp. compared to the colorful chorus. They're rather forgettable (even if the point is for them to be dull). I'm still excited for this EP though

 | Hep Kat it's an awesome school. it's way underrated. the campus is gorgeous, and there's a lot of really fun student services and we even have a student-run nightclub called trax which, believe it or not, isn't totally gay. the teachers are for the most part really chill and down to earth. and you're not totally in the middle of nowhere either. it's really a nice place to be higherly educated at.

 | TheIllmatics the south does have some of the worst rappers like gucci mane, soulja boy and mike jones but it does have plenty of great rappers like clipse, outkast, UGK, z-ro, scarface, k-rino, cunninlynguists and dirty. i'd have to say i don't like west coast too much. i don't hate it but there's very few rappers worth anything from there. mainly just snoop, ras kass, game and ice cube.
