| Electric City idk man just dont like your methods (emailing drew, calling out others' writing) makes the site less fun to hang out on. there was a period there when you weren't so bad but the ctts s*** and the subsequent legion of imitators and jumpers onto the hyperbolic hate bandwagon has made sputnik a giant pissing party. Reich rules though, so I guess you're not all bad.

| SeaAnemone hey, I know this is an incredibly general question, but I'm trying to edit my next review here (I want it to be better than my usual) and it feels a tad unfocused... like I hit good points, but it jumps around a little much maybe or doesn't flow quite well, something like that. and you've given me some fantastic advice in the past... i was wondering if you had a good editing method maybe or any ideas? it's cool if you can't think of anything, but i'd really appreciate it!

| Bitchfork I haven't listened to "yeesh" or anything else in its entirety, but I've heard a few songs off Yeesh, and they were really good, but that's probably because I really like simple and happy music. But yeah, I learned how to play the beginning of Dawn of the Iconoclast on my trumpet, so that's my connection with it. Because yeah, it's the best track on the album.

| Gyromania Just commenting to say that I've thoroughly enjoyed your reviews, as you've justified your ratings rather well, but that they seem perhaps a little controversial in selection and sometimes pretentiously written. Nonetheless you're an exceptional writer, and you should write more. However, I'd rather see you focus on an album you truly love

 | Mclovin Checked it out; it's definitely unlike the standard review on sputnik in more than a few ways, but it's undoubtedly a really interesting analysis. I've only heard about half of the album, and found the music to be hit and miss, so prior to now I was unfamiliar with the concept, but very interesting.

| Mclovin Much appreciated man, thank you. Haha, it's definitely a hit-or-miss concept. If you wish to be really infuriated, listen to Emerson, Lake and Palmer's rendition - they added vocals to the Great Gate of Kiev. 'nuff said. Mekong Delta's rendition is relatively true to form, though.

And it's the weird flip where I tend to find myself agreeing with the things you like (like, rarely disagree in this respect) and many things I don't like you don't like as well (ditto), so the weird inbetween stuff just ensures that our conversations never get boring.
