| Crimson Death Done a lot over the last few years, but my favorite has always been the Tri/Bi Supersets alternating weekly w/ a heavy day doing 3 sets/5 reps and a light day doing 3 sets/12 reps and dropsetting on the final set. Odd week (1,3,5) Skullcrusher EZ Bar Curl then DB Overhead Extension Dumbbell Spider (reverse preacher) Curl then Cable Pusdown Cable Curl (dropset both on set 3). Even week (2,4,6) Close-Grip Bench Seated Dumbbell Curl, EZ Bar Preacher Curl Kickbacks, Dips Hammer Curls.

| Banion Don't get my wrong I promise I'm not a total bitch. If theres a friend or someone who looks like they're having a rough day (or ya know a really hot guy) I'll ask whats up. But it's those guys who I barely know who text me only to tell me they're doing crappy and get pity.
