| bloc Haha, you're definitely right about being generic but I listened to Clots and it's quite good, I agree. And I can definitely hear similar vocals to Before Their Eyes. But glad to hear you're liking Elitist, some other similar bands are Centuries Apart, Ocean Within, An Obscure Signal, and Convalesce.

| bloc Damn, I really liked their song My Idle Hands, very impressed indeed. As for Bury Your Dead, I really enjoyed them up to The Beauty and the Breakdown (my personal favourite) but once they got a new singer they just fell apart.

| bloc Within the Ruins was good, but The Contortionist blew me away considering I didn't think their last album was any good. I just listened to that Halfway to Winter song though, not bad at all.

| bloc Believe me man, the new album kicks assssssssssss. Pretty much the same as Kingdom of Might (which I adore) and seeing as you do too, I see no problem in you adoring this as well. I might end up 4.5'ing it with a few more listens. And thanks for the rec, I'll check them out. Also, I'm listening to a band called Vale of Pnath, very very VERY similar to Woe of Tyrants.

I actually go to UOIT in Oshawa, which is close to Toronto in Canada. I know a few people in Comp Sci, it ain't my thing lol. I'm in my 3rd year of nuclear engineering.

| bloc I listened to all the tracks on their myspace. I didn't find them annoying or anything but I didn't find to stand out much. I'll still check out that EP you mentioned once I get a chance. As for AA! I see you saw my praise (heehee) and believe me, that song is GOOD. For a Rise band, it's good; when compared to their old stuff, it's FANTASTIC. The vocals have beef at last and there is no screeching, thank God. Musically, it's the same though...But i see you're in lecture, as in university?

 | PinkBlackberry it is possibly the worst way to communicate since ...i dont even know its horrid.sadly i dont run aim ( im canadian so i ran aim when i played WoW) cant remember the pw for the life of me. if you have MSN or facebook im much easier to reach on those.and yesssss yes, college. i am going to university for Nursing here pretty soon, work at starbucks nowadays. (yesss, im straight aha)

| PinkBlackberry goddamn buddy you have my exact taste its almost scary haha. i've been listening to a few of those bands for a while now, but i will check the others out. I just downloaded the new wcar cd officially and i am super pumped, i dont care if its whiney and over produced its so fun to listen to :P, and Revised isssss soooo good, i was actually listening to it when i was flipping through the site..his voice is pretty damn Jonny Craig like..but hes got the potential to surpass him (and he isnt a dick)

| PinkBlackberry i will download the new RFE cd for sure i got really heavy into a few new bands if you wanna hear about em.We're not friends anymore , kinda like old DGD with a pretty good scream as opposed to..J Mess..lolandddd Lower Definition, super good vocals and guitar and even audible bass :O ( im a bassist so thats a plus and a half)and yeah i was talking about wcar, they have an annoying ammount of auto tune, and the last shout before this was about from autumn to ashes

| PinkBlackberry the new cd is unreal. i listened to it all the way through 3 times at the gym today. Usually i will go nuts trying to find a sound for running or lifting, but it was goooooooooood today

| PinkBlackberry yeah their new way of auto-tuning is a bit on the annoying side, but i also adore how it accents the songs, like in "roads.." the chorus is ridiculously catchy, i can't even deal.DMIR is delicious, some amazing guitar but not digging it is cool too :Pif you haven't already you should really take a look at From Autumn to Ashes cd Holding a wolf by the ears. it's quite good, i was never a fan of their older stuff, not too pleasing ear-wise. but their newer stuff is great.

| PinkBlackberry Yeah dude, I was listening to them all morning, and since they came up actually ahahah =X, guilty pleasure i know i know..its like when i go to the gym and when i run i listen to attack attack or something of that nature..sometimes the gay autotune and whineyness of it all makes it easier to run? i dont know.Im also listening to new Dead man in reno right now..all i gotta say is...thank god they're back, it's amazingggggggggggggggg

| PinkBlackberry you know, it's funny, back when i was in highschool my girlfriend at the time was a really big deathhead, so naturally i listened to what she listened too. so i own petitioning the sky and you fail me, from converge. but i never liked them, the vocals are too harsh for me. but their new cd is pretty approachable from all aspects, which i don't mind. and i checked out return from exile, holy ****, im soooo glad i did. quite a good band thank you

| PinkBlackberry I showed a few kids at work about the color morale, really digging them. and as far as S.O.T is concerned i personally like them, they have a new track on their myspace too, going for a bit of a different sound which i personally enjoy.and well, let the record show, that converge is boring, so...gogo every other mcore band? aha
