  • JesperL it's so good! really hoping he'll focus on his solo music for a long time to come, instead of joining nfg haha

  • neekafat **** yeah man, liked Go Farther in Lightness so much I decided to check the rest. Their debut was really good even if it didn't blow me away but this EP man... idk maybe it's just a soft spot for me but it sounds like something you'd dig too (:
    May 16 11:56 AM
  • neekafat Yo have you checked GoY's EP? It's absolutely killer and I feel like it might be up your alley. Might even surpass the new album in my eyes with time...
    May 16 11:47 AM

  • Atari Did u check the elephant track by Jason Isbell? Such a powerful song ;)
    May 13 07:48 PM
  • Aiwaz Yes please! I can tell by your taste you will like the new Tool more than old Tool. I like it all but Lateralus is truly a gem. I wish it wasn't a cliché, tbh, I can't describe in words how much that album has helped me and means to me currently.
    May 10 09:59 PM
  • Aiwaz Hey, I was going to ask you earlier today but I forgot. Do you like Tool? I think you should delve into them if you get a chance. I can guarantee you will like their new album. Well, not 100% but I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
    May 10 07:34 PM
  • ABond Great. Thank you
    May 10 06:55 PM
  • ABond I have done a major re-write of my review, the album starts streaming in about half an hour. Can I post it then?
    May 10 06:41 PM
  • Divaman You might want to try the new album by Belly. I've been pleasantly surprised by it, and I have a feeling it might be up your alley. I'm working on a review for it, which I should have ready over the weekend.
    May 10 03:34 PM
  • solongatlast Heard the new Snow Patrol singles?

    May 9 12:08 PM
  • ABond Ok, thanks Sowing. Should I re-submit it on Friday, or would you be able to post it come the release date?
    May 9 12:03 PM
  • bgillesp Digging the Shakey Graves love! Also I put up my thoughts on second listen in the Shinedown thread. Lemme know what you think

  • Toondude10 didn't you give Amaryllis a 2.5 though?
    May 4 08:03 AM
  • Toondude10 well the good news is that it's their best since Sound of Madness. There are a couple of crap songs but most of it is pretty good.
    May 3 04:54 PM
  • theBoneyKing If youre looking for more country be sure to check out Southeastern by Jason Isbell (former Drive-By Truckers member) if you havent because its the GOAT.

    April 28 05:17 PM
  • Zeuzo Id maybe just put DLB before Hourglass as it is on a normal tracklist since its made specifically for it and they flow perfectly
    April 23 11:18 AM
  • Ashtiel could you share your personal tracklist for eat the elephant? thanks
    April 23 08:44 AM
  • Ponton all good my man
    April 22 09:46 PM

    April 22 04:43 PM
  • Nbehre11 New All Get Out! https://youtu.be/3r6cuH3nhp0
    April 20 12:22 AM
  • Jom Whoa, a true bargain! Lots of underrated gems on there. Great find!
    April 14 08:03 PM
  • Atari Not sure if you already jammed Suburbia by the wonder years, but if not I actually recommend listening to the Upsides first for context. There are a LOT of references on Suburbia that point back to their debut album :)
    April 13 11:43 AM
  • Toondude10 now it's time for you to listen to the rest of their discog, after you're done with the new Shinedown song
    April 9 10:06 AM
  • Toondude10 another new Shinedown track https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ONAGVVu7y8
    April 8 08:04 AM
  • Toondude10 holy sh*t that Wonder Years rating
    April 7 10:20 AM
  • BigHans I so wanted to go up to Dave and tell him to read both your, mine, and Rowan's reviews lol.
    April 5 10:17 AM
  • BigHans I saw Gang of Youths in a venue that holds maybe 200 people on Saturday. It was incredible. I almost ****ing cried. Dave noticed how hard I was rocking out and pointed at me during THe Deepest Sighs, Frankest Sorrows lol.
    April 4 05:39 PM
  • Jom Don't crucify me -- I'm finally getting around to listening to Shrine. Not sure if the Mimicking Birds record is pure Sowing-core but I figured you'd enjoy it as an easy-going listen.
    April 3 04:30 PM
  • FreddieDelaney31 Cool, sounds good to me!
    April 2 08:15 PM
  • FreddieDelaney31 Could I humbly request a feature for my Hop Along review? Idk if any staff has a review lined up or not
    April 2 07:32 PM
  • neekafat Also, whack TWS ratings but I'm glad you dug them! Strongly recommend checking his solo discog if you haven't already
    April 2 01:14 PM
  • neekafat I think you're right about "Bask" being the highlight from Shrine
    April 2 01:13 PM
  • Toondude10 are you going to check out the new Wonder Years album. I think you'll really enjoy it.
    April 1 03:33 PM
  • TheLongShot Hey what?s up my man, I didn?t want to make a big deal out of it in the meds thread but I notice my Kacey Musgraves review was unpinned yesterday even though basically all the discussion of the album has been in the comments of that review. I was talking to some guys about it and they reckon the unpinning might have been academy being petty because I had a disagreement with him in the comments so I?m wondering if you had any insight at all into that
    April 1 01:07 PM
  • StickFeit They deserve it! And thanks again for bringing them to my attention!
    March 31 06:04 AM
  • Storm In A Teacup thoughts on the new Born album??
    March 28 05:23 AM
  • neekafat Thy wish is my command: https://www.sputnikmusic.com/list.php?listid=180540
    March 28 01:04 AM
  • SoccerRiot But yeah, I'm loving the very layered and atmospheric alt rock sound they have. It's like the version of Brand New that I can listen to with a good conscience, lol
    March 27 01:38 PM
  • SoccerRiot I'm surprised there haven't been more ratings, considering it's already been streaming on a few sites now
    March 26 10:22 PM
  • Toondude10 lol it was a joke. Jamming it now.
    March 26 05:20 PM
  • Nbehre11 I feel like you may like Whale Bones? and Super Whatevr?s new albums as well. I know you?re busy, but if you?ve got time at some point it may be worth it! :)
    March 25 08:11 PM
  • Toondude10 fight me b*tch
    March 25 05:45 PM
  • NocteDominum Well largely I?d like to go with the bigger Av idea as it?s seems to be a tradition, other than that a mini interview of sorts (something that seems pretty popular on the site lately) wouldn?t be out of the question.
    March 25 03:41 PM
  • NocteDominum Hey Sowing, any chance we could chat about a possible prize for the Madness winner upcoming? Probably left it to the last minute haha. Let me know
    March 25 08:26 AM
  • Gyromania Really wish I had stayed in the writing game. I suppose it's never too late tho eh
    March 24 09:22 PM
  • Gyromania Oh hey, that's awesome! Always happy to hear I inspired someone, especially someone like you =]
    March 24 09:22 PM
  • Darius Check the meds thread please? I really have no context or idea I was just banned out of the blue
    March 24 08:12 PM
  • neekafat Aw poo
    March 24 11:35 AM
  • neekafat Oh boy I'm getting steamy just thinking about it! And btw, when were you guys planning on getting a Jack White review out? I figure it's on the schedule but I was just curious (:
    March 23 10:22 PM
  • neekafat I've actually never heard them before but I was planning on giving that a listen when it dropped so I will happily comply with that request!
    March 23 09:46 PM
  • FreddieDelaney31 Honestly I just shot the band a quick FB message asking haha
    March 23 09:36 AM
  • Veldin more older post-hardcore though, like slint or drive like jehu
    March 22 05:02 AM
  • Veldin https://duendesband.bandcamp.com/ Heyy, thought you might like this new album by a new band. their album is free and delightful ^_^ (lol no I'm not endorsing them). They kinda have a similar vibe to Republic of Wolves and indie rock/post-hardcore outfits that have very atmospheric and post-rock-y sounds.
    March 22 04:53 AM
  • Feather Great! put in a good word for me!
    March 22 12:44 AM
  • TROWfan41 One last thing about that Out of Service record! it was produced by Nathan Hussey from All Get Out! Thought you may find that interesting
    March 21 08:55 PM
  • Nbehre11 Yes! Im so stoked to listen to Shrine. I preordered the cd and vinyl, so now it?s just playing the waiting game. A little jealous you got to hear it already!
    March 21 12:21 PM
  • Nbehre11 Awesome, Hope you enjoy it! You may also like the new Hussey album (singer from All Get Out) called ?Hitchens.? It seems to have gone super under the radar on here.
    March 21 11:46 AM
  • TROWfan41 Hey Sowing, I think you would really dig this band, Out of Service. Their style of dynamic Alt rock seems to be right up your alley. They just put out an album called Morning, I think you would love it. outofservice.bandcamp.com
    March 21 11:09 AM
  • Feather Hey Sowing, could you ask your bffs in The Republic of Wolves if they plan on touring and hitting Chicago sometime in the near future? Thanks!
    March 20 09:43 AM
  • Nbehre11 Hey Sowing! You may enjoy the new Black Foxxes album, and I?d love to hear your take on it, I love your thoughtful reviews.
    March 17 10:01 PM
  • Toondude10 Underoath, Wonder Years, Breaking Benjamin, A Perfect Circle just to name a few
    March 17 02:13 PM
  • Toondude10 figured it was going to be shorter due to it being ten tracks. April in the meantime is going to be a ****ing massive month.
    March 17 02:09 PM
  • Toondude10 Varuna was good, just a bit too long. If what you say is true then I'm sure to love it.
    March 17 02:04 PM
  • JohnnyOnTheSpot your A Crow Looked at Me soundoff ... what a 180
    March 17 01:48 AM
  • theBoneyKing Fair enough. If nobody else does soon Ill try my hand at reviewing it. On first listen I like it a lot but it feels like the weakest theyve done in a while, maybe ever.
    March 16 11:29 AM
  • theBoneyKing You dibbing the new Decemberists album?
    March 16 07:22 AM
  • Feather how did you manage to get the promo? Thats awesome. Tbh this was just the reminder and endorsement I needed to get hyped! Thanks.
    March 13 08:54 PM
  • MarsKid Heyo, if you're interested, check this out. Would be fun: https://www.sputnikmusic.com/list.php?listid=180205
    March 13 04:05 PM
  • BlushfulHippocrene Hellow Sowing, have you heard any Liza Anne? Just released an album, and though there's a lot more alt-rock/psych-pop influence in her brand of folk, something about her tone reminds me of T-Swift. You might dig. (:
    March 11 06:50 PM
  • Toondude10 lol it was on the news page since this morning XD
    March 7 04:03 PM
  • Toondude10 you listen to the new Shinedown track yet?
    March 7 03:28 PM
  • KILL holy s*** never thought i'd see the day lol, gota check 70s genesis next bro
    March 7 01:25 PM
  • GhostB1rd Review Pale Waves... it's really poppy and up your alley.
    March 1 08:03 PM
  • Drifter Nice sound off. I personally really love Emery and Did You Know is also so so good.
    February 27 11:29 AM
  • Atari Glad u liked it! I haven?t heard his other albums but I?m feeling about a 3.5-4 as well. Hundred Acres might be my fav :]
    February 26 11:43 AM
  • NocteDominum I need you to start frequenting metal albums
    February 26 07:49 AM
  • Drifter Excited to see what you think of it. I'm currently having my breath taken away from it.
    February 25 07:58 PM
  • Drifter Were you planning on reviewing this album just because? I'm writing one myself for it; I'm so inspired by it.
    February 25 07:50 PM
  • Atari Side note: I hope u checked some other Senses Fail albums!
    February 25 06:04 PM
  • Atari Haha didn?t notice Drifter?s comment. Still needs more listens from me but reminds me of Iron and Wine Sufjan Stevens so figured you?d prolly enjoy it. Seems like nice, relaxing music for a commute though ;]
    February 25 06:03 PM
  • Atari New S. Carey has those Carrie and Lowell vibes, check it
    February 25 04:47 PM
  • Drifter Have you heard the new S. Carey album? Seems like something you'd really dig.
    February 25 04:09 PM
  • TheSpirit Glad you ended up liking the new SF so much!
    February 18 05:53 PM
  • Thrust! Hey Sowing. Just wondered if you could hook me up with a name change? I know I've been a pain last time it's just that my name looks like my friend on here DarkSideOfLucca and I thought about changing it. If it's too much of a hassle then don't worry about it. Just a request. Thanks in advance!
    February 16 09:16 PM
  • NocteDominum Hi Sowing, did you guys need some help on the new/upcoming releases site posts? I'm sure you've seen the bare bones list I have going in the contrib forum - happy to help if i can
    February 15 06:04 AM
  • toxin. That said, at some point I definitely will since it has your seal of approval haha. I did like a couple of the songs I listened to after I read your review though, so I'll probably listen to the whole thing when I'm a little bit freer... hopefully lol
    February 13 03:28 AM
  • toxin. 2015???? Hahahaha. Wow, well congrats on that anyway. Yeah I miss the old Anberlin crew haha, but I can't say I miss the sputnik culture overall. Glad to hear you're doing well. I'm doing alright; didn't get into preferred PhD programs which kinda sucks but there's always next year. And naw I haven't man, I pretty much stopped listening to new music (not even the new Brand New!) ever since I stopped coming here. Pretty much listen to classical or soundtrack stuff, maybe radio pop in the car
    February 13 03:26 AM
  • granitenotebook ok, will keep in mind. thanks for info
    February 12 05:45 PM
  • granitenotebook are advance copies ok? like from the artist themselves
    February 8 02:11 AM
  • granitenotebook oh ok, sorry, didn't know, will keep in mind in the future
    February 8 02:08 AM
  • granitenotebook not yet. it comes out friday. it leaked
    February 7 01:24 PM
  • Divaman Finally getting to that When We Land album, and liking it a lot on first listen. If you get the chance, I'd love it if you gave a listen to the new Neil Cananagh album I reviewed last month. I think you might enjoy it.
    February 4 03:54 PM
  • Thrust! hey I know you are pretty busy but if you checked out my latest video I would appreciate some feedback!https://youtu.be/23y7W1xpclU
    February 3 09:54 AM
  • neekafat I've never heard their first so I wouldn't know haha! But I always preferred bands that do new things, I know you do too based what similar tastes we have
    February 1 10:19 PM
  • neekafat I checked Relaxer because of that review you did for it and it's a beaut
    February 1 09:37 PM
  • SoccerRiot Thanks Sowing! Actually, I did have a question. Are contribs able to use the blog in any capacity? I know Fripp was doing a few of those Bowie blogs before he became staff, so I was wondering if there's a separate contrib blog to use or something
    February 1 08:30 PM
  • verdant will do sowing, thanks so much
    February 1 08:01 PM
  • BlushfulHippocrene Thanks a lot Sowing, much appreciated. (:
    February 1 06:16 PM
  • Atari new dangerous summer is pretty good!
    February 1 05:58 PM
  • ScuroFantasma Thanks Sowing (:
    February 1 05:25 PM
  • NocteDominum Thank you Steve, it?s good to be back!
    February 1 04:28 PM
  • clavier Looks like things are working now. Thanks again
    February 1 01:03 PM
  • clavier I actually didn't have permissions to see the forum - might have to inquire around, then
    February 1 12:42 PM
  • neekafat Hey man, great picks for staff! I'm a teensy disappointed but I wouldn't pick myself over any of the new promotions in all honesty so great stuff (: I know that last year I asked for a little input/feedback for my application just so I could get a feel for what I could do in the future to make myself more viable for a contrib choice. I most certainly did not deserve it last year haha, but I'd really appreciate if you had the time to let me know what my weak links are, per se!
    February 1 12:37 PM
  • clavier Thank you Sowing - I've heard things about a fabled forum area for contribs, how does that work?
    February 1 12:16 PM
  • DaveyBoy Thanks mate, although would probably be unfair on you. I guess I should officially emeritus myself. Jom knows (just) the first part of the ****storm and was nice enough to give me all sorts of time to make a comeback, but I think I'm past that now.
    January 28 09:54 PM
  • DaveyBoy Eh, probably best not to ask mate... For your own good. Life's been a s***storm for 25 months now and it just continues. I feel like that if I wrote an indie-folk album about it all, you'd 5 it.
    January 28 03:37 PM
  • toxin. So I dropped by Sputnik since my friend was raving about the Lorde album, and I fell into old habits and checked what this site had to say about it. I noticed you are a moderator now! I imagine this is old news, but congratulations! TBH if you were a mod 5 years I might still be an active member. Anyway, hope things are going well for you.
    January 28 05:35 AM
  • neekafat Hey, I'd really appreciate it if you get a chance to check the new Glen Hansard album's review I did and maybe feature it if you think it's worthy? (:
    January 28 01:30 AM
  • ZombieToyDuck understood, thank you!
    January 24 04:11 PM
  • ZombieToyDuck Hey Sowing I was just wondering when the decisions will be made about who will be accepted as a contributor?
    January 24 04:06 PM
  • Trebor. Would you rather be the interviewer or the interviewee?
    January 20 03:41 PM
  • mmbernie Hey Sowing, have you had the chance to listen to that Prince and Beggar album? It continues to grow on me the more I listen to it. I think they may have started something special here.
    January 20 08:56 AM
  • danielcardoso 8 reviews in a year is not an outstanding stat, which means i'd perfectly understand if you were to drop me haha. But i'd like to know where you stand, since i've seen people in similar situations maintain their positions before (i am not saying this with any mean intent whatsoever, i thought i'd be better to clear that up so as to not come off as sounding unintentionally mean haha).
    January 19 04:01 PM
  • danielcardoso Hi Sowing! I'd like to apologize for my inactivity on Sputnik as of late: a lot of good things have been going on in my life recently (both on a personal level and in terms of my university works), and i just haven't had as much time to write here as usual! That being said, i do think that it will be easier to balance everything more smoothly from now on, and would like to ask you whether or not my contributor spot is at stake atm.
    January 19 03:53 PM
  • SoccerRiot Thanks man
    January 18 06:18 PM
  • SoccerRiot Hey Sowing, do you have a Sputnik email address by any chance? I want to message you something privately and not on the shoutbox. I'll your shoutout once you send it to me, if you'd like
    January 18 05:40 PM
  • bgillesp Hey, check out some Rainbow Kitten Surprise. They're a really unique indie rock/pop group (think kings of Leon crossed with Lana del Ray). They've also got another album coming 4/6/18 that would be great for you to review as part of your undiscovered reviewing kick I think. My favorite is Seven Mary but if you just want to check a song, go for Cocaine Jesus.
    January 16 04:12 PM
  • BallsToTheWall NFC South ride together and they die together.
    January 14 11:38 PM
  • bgillesp Glad you're liking it! They're a favorite band of mine easy and only 1 of 3 I've given multiple 5s. Didn't you pass up Prosthetoc Love for your playlist competition though?
    January 9 08:54 PM
  • ianblxdsoe thanks so much man! yeah i?ll definitely hop on that Benjamin Clementine record once i get over my newfound Jeff/BTMI! craze, that 5 certainly has my interest piqued hahah
    January 7 07:04 PM
  • Voivod Hi man, found this under the "psych rock/indie folk" moniker, so you will probably dig this for your venture into the indie underground - https://physicalplant.bandcamp.com/
    January 7 11:06 AM
  • AtomicWaste Haha, just glad you really dig it, man! Take it with a grain of salt when the next Orbs record comes around, though (as I'm likely to think it's the greatest thing since the last Orbs record and you're prooooobably unlikely to agree ;)
    January 7 12:29 AM
  • GhostB1rd How long's my bane? Is it of the lengthy variety or shorter?
    January 6 07:26 PM
  • mmbernie Thanks for the feedback! Sorry I think I got you mixed up with Davey Boy on that one. I have read plenty of your other reviews though.
    January 6 01:05 PM
  • mmbernie Please check out the review I just wrote for the new Prince and Beggar album. I have always valued your opinion since I stumbled upon your review of The Suffere and the Witness.
    January 6 12:57 PM
  • ianblxdsoe glad yr digging the new rosenstock!! it?s crazy how monumental ?USA? and ?Let Them Win? are in comparison to the album hahahha, hope it grows on you man!
    January 4 05:33 PM
  • Lord(e)Po)))ts and ty for expressing interest!
    December 31 09:45 PM
  • Lord(e)Po)))ts https://lambsbreath.bandcamp.com/album/man-feelings it is the album in question that would give context to the latest acad post in my shoutbox lol. if u find some time to check i hope you do enjoy!
    December 31 09:05 PM
  • Lord(e)Po)))ts i legitimately think you would like my new album
    December 31 08:48 PM
  • Dylan620 Nice Delgados rating, glad you enjoyed the album!
    December 27 05:48 PM
  • RadicalEd 2nd half is better. Check scott street it's probably the best song. Also give it a bit off time. Lyrics are really good. (2nd and third song are prolly the weakest)
    December 22 11:04 AM
  • RadicalEd How does cutsey but also kinda melancholic indie folk/pop with really touching, smart lyrics sound to you?
    December 22 11:02 AM
  • RadicalEd Btw. Listen to Phoebe Bridgers - Stranger in the Alps. If that's not at least a 4/5 for you, I dunno what is.
    December 22 11:01 AM
  • neekafat Yo Sowing! Know you're a bit tied up these days, but if you find the time I'd appreciate you considering my new Chris Stapleton review for a feature (:
    December 20 03:33 PM
  • elliootsmeuth That pretty much sums up my musical habits.
    December 18 03:03 PM
  • elliootsmeuth Check out Mansions new EP. Alt rock/emo/indie goodness with some other sonically interesting stuff going on that I think you'd really dig.
    December 18 02:56 PM
  • henryChinaski Hey thanks for answering! Haven't changed passwords in ages. Don't really know who to contact on this matter.
    December 13 02:25 PM
  • neekafat Yo, really really liking that Manchester Orchestra album, looking like a really high 4 or low 4.5 Just thought you should know because I wouldn't have checked it without your say-so haha
    December 11 10:47 PM
  • Evok Hey bud got a silly question but do regular user lists get featured? My year end list is a behemoth of hyperbolic vomit and Id be stoked if it got a lil feature. Im guessing the meds thread is the place to ask tho???
    December 10 05:52 PM
  • Dedes I've noticed they take awhile, my last list took me close to to 2 hours honestly. Ill try to keep peopled with whatever might go unnoticed however!
    December 9 11:08 PM
  • Toondude10 it's been going pretty good so far. just finished midterms and I'm still compiling my AOTY list
    December 9 11:29 AM
  • theBoneyKing Thank you for being willing to engage in a serious discussion about this as I'm sure it is a sensitive matter for you especially. Certainly it's easier for me to say this since I personally don't think the album is worthy of praise on its own merits anyways. :-) Know that I don't take any of this against you personally either.
    December 9 11:28 AM
  • Toondude10 oh congrats! hope for the best for you :-)
    December 9 11:27 AM
  • theBoneyKing Fwiw I may decide to put up a list regarding this matter to get some sort of conversation going about it as I'm not sure whether it has been directly discussed among all of the discussion following the release of the allegations.
    December 9 11:26 AM
  • theBoneyKing At the very least, if it is included, my hope is that the issue will not be simply brushed over in whatever write-up it gets; for better or worse, the issue is now a part of the album's narrative.
    December 9 11:23 AM
  • theBoneyKing Fair enough I guess; I just ask that you all consider it, and remember what comes with your status as professional music reviewers.
    December 9 11:17 AM
  • theBoneyKing Personally I think there is no harm whatsoever in leaving them off the list and it would be better to let yourselves be on the right side of history.
    December 9 11:12 AM
  • theBoneyKing I have to disagree with you there. Separating art from artist is impossible, especially for an artist whose appeal is founded on emotional honesty and up-front-ness Yes you can praise the art without praising the person themselves but ultimately the art is created in the mindset of the artist and is hence a result of the artist and all they represent.
    December 9 11:11 AM
  • theBoneyKing I should note that I do not have a problem with you all individually putting the album on your own personal lists as those represent just that, personal opinions, but I think it would be much worse for you all to collectively praise and give a positive editorial opinion toward the work of such a person.
    December 9 11:07 AM
  • theBoneyKing Big question here, so maybe there's a better place to address it, but I want to know: Do you and the staff intend to leave Science Fiction off of your year end list? I think that, in light of the allegations against Jesse Lacey, it would inappropriate for you all, writing on behalf of a professional music writing site, to give the album the high placement that I have no doubt you would collectively vote to put it in. As far as I can tell, most other major publications have done so.
    December 9 11:05 AM
  • Dedes What's been going on with the weekly releases segment in the blog?
    December 7 05:00 PM
  • Divaman Hi Sowing. Do you know if the site is going to take everyone's 2017 Top Album lists? I could be mistaken, but I feel like we did them earlier last year. Thanks.
    December 2 10:14 PM

    November 14 05:13 PM
  • butcherboy dumb things and emotional moments go hand in hand.. and there was hardly need for some people to act so idiotically over-righteous, the way only young kids with no inner experience can..
    November 14 04:15 PM
  • Dedes Hey man, I know I haven't interacted with you before but i'm sorry people are jumping so far down your throats over one bad thing you said. Seems like it's tearing you apart pretty hard.
    November 13 10:00 PM
  • Nbehre11 Hope you?re doing well Sowing. It?s definitely an emotional situation for a lot of people, me included. Having such a deep emotional connection to a band makes it a hard situation to tackle and to think about. It?s a lot to process. I, and many others on here are still here for you. Take care man.
    November 13 09:57 PM
  • butcherboy kids will have their callow sanctimony.. you doing alright?
    November 12 03:53 PM
  • Azertherion No problem, regardless of your musical tastes or affinities, it's utterly disrespectful to call you out on something that you willfully do on your spare time. I find it shocking, but it's probably due to the relatively young userbase, which I'm not used to.
    November 12 03:52 PM
  • Lord(e)Po)))ts dividing and alienating people rather than bringing them together and helping them be better these days.
    November 12 03:27 PM
  • Lord(e)Po)))ts np dude. it just really bothers me when people jump to categorize people in such extremes "ur either a hyper feminist or a misogynistic piece of s*** and there is no in between." were all human and its not our fault that society has filled us with some questionable views, its just our responsibility to educate ourselves and learn from those mistakes. if u condemned everyone who slipped up once in their life women would have literally no allies left... seems like people are more hell-bent on
    November 12 03:26 PM
  • Feather You doin alright big guy? Don't leave us.
    November 12 03:23 PM
  • DoofusWainwright You probably work harder than anyone else on the site, don?t leave, this will all blow over in 48 hours
    November 12 01:29 PM
  • Prettyplease Jesse Lacey is human too. In my book: he's not a rapist. He did something that is pretty ****ed, buyt from his story I gather that he's already taken many steps to redeem himself. The last step is to confront his victim. Many of us are capable of gruesome things, but to regret and repent is what divides us from the nihilistic. Take care man, I feel for you. I know what it's like to get the moral police on you, I've already grown a thick skin though.
    November 12 12:09 PM
  • Azertherion This drama is ridiculous. I don't know why people are trying to make a scapegoat out of you for literally nothing.
    November 12 12:07 PM
  • Prettyplease hey man, I've got banned a while ago for petty reasons. But I just wanted to offer you a word of support. Realize this: this website is only a mirror of a fraction of society. Most of society still has a healthy gut feeling and doesn't feel the need to crucify others who have only slipped a little bit. You didn't crash, you just slipped, a Freudian slip almost. And it's human, humans aren't perfect. But you are a more perfect human than others, you understand?
    November 12 12:06 PM
  • AdolfChrist Dont step down, these kids are retarded. Let them have their tantrums, itll blow over.
