  • ElioG Man, the fact that you consider The Perfect Element, Pleasant Shade of Grey, Awake and especially Dead Winter Dead the best albums of PoS, FT, DT and Savatage respectively makes me... post this, lol, great taste!

  • OmairSh Yeah I guess you're right, Daniel has always done things on his own terms, and hopefully it's no different this time. Agreed about songs like 1979 and to the shoreline (though I prefer the Falling Home version of 1979 because of the drums). They're great, but I'm sure he'll have the mellower elements present on the album. But I'm glad they're finally working on new material, excited and nervous about it. And so begins the long wait

  • OmairSh Hey Ray, thanks for posting that link. Dam new POS music? Yes please!! But I wish they're not forcing themselves to return to the old POS style. I was interested in seeing what other territory they would traverse. Im hoping he lets the other guys contribute musically as well, not just Ragnar (since he is co composing with someone for a change)

  • Voivod Well, my My review queue is constantly revised plus my free time is really limited. So many good albums out there, so little time to cover them haha

  • cryptside Yeah man, digging it quite a bit. I'm going to give them more of an involved listen tomorrow and rate it, but it's good stuff.

  • cryptside Hey man! Giving them a cursory listen now, and I am liking it way more than I thought I would. Vocals remind me of dredg, which is one of my favorite bands. I really like the instrumentals.
