| guitarded_chuck Depends on your routine man. More often you go the quicker you'll see improvements in your endurance but don't kill yourself. The first like couple of years I went I went 3 times a week and that worked fine for me. I go 5 now generally unless life/sick/injury/whatever. I would go 7 but I need those other days to have a life and do chores and s***. I'd say go 3 at least. And make sure to adjust your cals using that calculator I posted based on how often you are going because you'll need to eat m

Well even if you're strong ideally I would recommend doing some programmatic lifting if only a few days a week while you're cutting weight so you keep on your lean mass. You'll look better in the end. BUT if you really don't want to you don't have to of course, and plus a lot of people when they're starting out just work to drop some pounds and work on their cardio anyway to A) get in a routine of activity B) having decent cardio helps if and when you want to start resistance

Album killed me for years and it's still amazing. Sounds like The Fall of Troy's more melodic and somber side with still killer fast-paced post-hardcore guitaring.

| onionbubs hey if youre looking for some pop punk that doesnt suck (since theres a lot of bad bands in the genre out there) try orange. they started off with traditional punk, but their album phoenix is definitely pop punk. the vocalist sounds like joey ramone blended with billie joe armstrong. theyre pretty cool. you might like them.

| AtomicWaste Huge lol. Way to go filtering, though, it's still a step above school filters (which eat EVERYTHING) and downtime is better than stress. Things are pretty lax here - I use Sput when some of our systems are slow (which is often) but I generally don't get THAT much downtime.
