 | bighubbabuddha Eating apple pie and custard. What's your favourite food?

 | CaliggyJack Good point. I didn't mean to sound so definitive about it. I just meant that society teaches us that we are supposed to find a relationship and that not doing so means we are inadequate as humans, and many men search for relationships as an obligation, where I simply would say it's okay to be single and happy. And if you spend your life alone without a relationship, that's okay as long as said person is happy living that life.

 | CaliggyJack Thanks man I appreciate it. s*** sucks but I have learned to live with it and I am satisfied with my current life. Not all of us are meant to be in relationships, and that's okay. Perhaps there is some lingering psychological issues, IDK, but it's not gonna stop me from enjoying my life.

 | Drifter It's a really dope album. It took a bit of growing on my but there are some really really great songs on it
 | Drifter I don't quite remember why specifically lmao
 | Colton definitely check Joni then (not indie folk, just folk), Frances Quinlan (the singer from Hop Along, put out a solo album this year) and The Oh Hellos
 | Colton there's been a lot of great female-led pop this year too if you're into that, Dua Lipa, Jessie Ware, Roisin Murphy, Charli XCX, Carly Rae Jepsen, etc
 | Colton I was actually just ****ing with you, that comment I left about Johnny not liking female songwriters was originally left by someone else on the first page of comments, I just copied it as a joke. But my favourites are probably Bjork, Joni Mitchell, Sweet Trip, and Hop Along. They're all great
