  • SteelErectedb4you8er Cool man. If you are ever looking for riffy, doomy, stoner stuff too. That genre is my fortay. I am just saying that too because I see Master of Reality rated at 4, and that is one of my favorite records.

  • SteelErectedb4you8er Brutal recs...hmm, I don't know according to some on here, they are picky to brutal death metal. I found the new Nile fantastic, but I know some to feel differently. Decapitated - Nihility, Hate - Awakening the Liar, Vader - XXV, Hate Eternal - I, Monarch, Psycroptic - Scepter of the Ancients...I even like (Ob)servant, but some people don't like the vocals, Rotten Sound - Cycles, Decrepit Birth - Diminishing Between Worlds, Exhumed - Gore Metal, Gorod - Leading Vision. Enjoy!

  • SteelErectedb4you8er Dude, you are totally right. I didn't even think about the guitar tone of Evisceration Plague until you mentioned, but you are right. They definitely do a nice mix between a little bit of tech work and just making it brutal.

  • SteelErectedb4you8er Yeah, the Aeon record is extremely solid and straight up good death metal. The production is great.

  • Bleekill Yeah there is no question the first Carcass albums are death grind. Which is a part of death metal.

  • Bleekill lol I know. It's whatever, it's funny I thought Terrorizer would be more criticized for being grind. I put death/grind and death metal together, at least the early stuff cuz they built off each other a lot..

  • Zoo it's a lot more of a digestable form of funeral doom, i wouldn't exactly use the word "lighter" to compare it with other fdm bands, but that's as close as i can get, try it out anyway

  • Zoo Atmospheric funeral doom with a distinctly epic feeling. I posted the discog on my blog a while back: http://thecelestialmanifest.blogspot.com/2009/11/ea.html

  • Phrike Yep. I mean I didn't expect another A Diamond For Disease, but this one is really bland. Not bad, but utterly uninspired.

    April 16 07:56 PM
  • ThePalestMexican Yeah, I just discovered them earlier today must say...I'm pretty surprised. Best new stoner group I've seen in forever.
