| hal1ax ugh stomach pains are the absolute worst (maybe next to tooth//root pain). the gut is like the locus of human health. u keep ur gut healthy, u will be a healthy person--but as soon as something goes a wry up in that bih, it can incite sort of a domino effect, considering the immense interplay amongst all those stomach organs // glands etc.

| hal1ax ya man that's a good call. if u are quasi-concerned about living, u should refrain from using ANY substances until u receive a diagnosis. i mean, if u gotta drink (cuz i kno how that is) may just drink enough to where u aint hurting, but dont fcks with pills, etc. etc. till u figure it out

| hal1ax damn. well, just use the pain as a barometer for severity. if it subsides, it is probably something negligible, if it sustains and gets worse, it needs to be taken care of right away. tears can be fatal.

| hal1ax ya but just generally feeling like sh1t and experiencing sharp stomach pains are very different. when did the sharp stomach pains start?

| hal1ax you need to play it by ear. tbh with u, esophagus perforations are very very rare. i would be willing to bet it isn't that serious. u could be the unlucky exception tho. if the pain persists and doesn't attenuate at all over the next couple days, i would try to get in there on monday or sooner. if the pain gradually gets worse and worse, u need to go to the ER straight away.

| hal1ax usually like an infection of the mediastinum or something during a medical procedure. have u had any medical treatment lately?? any surgeries or anything like that?

| hal1ax it's either a tear // a herniation of some kind // orrrrrr, and this is unlikely, but if you are having digestive difficulties and the centrality of your sharp pain is around the upper abdominal region, it could be pancreas related. i really doubt it tho. like if u were 30 years old i would say there's a decent possibility but ya. hmm... it doesn't make sense tho. by far the most common cause of oesophageal tears are iatrogenic factors... that means related to medical treatment or examination.

| hal1ax liver doesn't sound right either. you are too young to have substance-related liver malfunctions.. i mean unless u are like genetically predisposed to having some liver abnormality or susceptibility or some sh1t, i can't imagine that being the cause of such dark vomit//stool. ohhhh, your stomach has been hurting? i seeeeeee. where exactly?

| hal1ax hmmm. does your stool share that same blackish color? because if it does, i think that rules out oesophageal (esophagus) issues, which essentially pertain to a food pipe type conduit stretching from your trachea all the way to your upper stomach.
