I don't know you personally, but from what I can see while you enjoy putting the music you love out there, this environment cannot be good for your mental health and you should probably distance yourself from it. You are clearly stressed right now and it's the last thing you need.

| Relinquished I make it sound easy cuz I've done it myself. sucks about your friends, that's an early life lesson for everyone. you may need to take exercise and meditation for some time, see how that could work. yea martial arts and "lifting saved my life" but I'll be damned if don't believe in their proven benefits

I didn't start with a solid foundation at certain times, but you're better than to go for easy outs I can see it. give it time, make friends with the right people, build your network, graduate and move to more beneficial locations.
