 | FullOfSounds Ehhhh I just don't feel like it's a 5. It's very close honestly.
 | FullOfSounds Cool, cool. And yes it is very good, I have it 4.5'd.
 | FullOfSounds lol a lot of people don't like ala because of his s*** posting, but he's a cool guy.
 | FullOfSounds He's actually very nice tho, he just called us retards because we're close, he's not actually serious.
 | FullOfSounds He isn't, he just gets too worked up sometimes and s***posts a lot.
 | FullOfSounds He also dislikes Vedder, his fav is Jar of Flies, and your fav genres are the same as his.
 | FullOfSounds lol I don't mean to offend you or anything but you really seemed like an ALA alt because of how similar you guys are.
 | FullOfSounds No prob, enjoy! If you ever need more just look through my ratings. Haha thanks, it's pretty funny.
 | FullOfSounds True, true. You will get into so much because of this site. Umm, let's see... clipping. - Splendor and Misery - Experimental hip hop, Neurosis - Through Silver in Blood - Post-metal, My Bloody Valentine - Loveless - Shoegaze, Portishead - Dummy - Trip hop, Marina and the Diamonds - The Family Jewels - Pop.
 | FullOfSounds All 3 of them are pretty good. Hmmm, want me to rec you some stuff?
 | FullOfSounds Nice dude. I'm into any genre really. Oooo you sludge metal? Check out Neurosis
 | Polyethylene Oh tops! In that case, allow me to recommend Sigur Ros - Takk, The Flaming Lips - The Soft Bulletin, and Black Moth Super Rainbow - Dandelion Gum. Some of my favourite alternative-ish stuff.
 | Polyethylene Also if you're open to music of a somewhat experimental and irreverent nature, I would check Talking Heads - Remain in Light and Mr. Bungle - California for sure!
 | 50iL Yeah, it's pretty sad. Have you heard of Hangman's Chair? Awesome stoner/sludge/doom. They're more on the metal side though, if you don't mind that.
 | Polyethylene Yeah, Swans and Animal Collective are among the most hyped 'hipster' bands for sure :P totally justified in my opinion. With Swans, I'd try Children of God and The Great Annihilator. They've made more experimental albums than that, but I think those are great introductions, that show a maturity and focus in songwriting. The exact same applies to Animal Collective. The holy trinity for me is Feels, Strawberry Jam and Merriweather Post Pavilion. That's their 'In Rainbows' period, if you get me.
 | 50iL Have you checked Queens of The Stone Age and Kyuss? You'd probably like those. Also, check Jeff Buckley - Grace. Best alt rock album ever IMO. Siamese Dream by The Smashing Pumpkins is also really close though, so also check that out.
 | FullOfSounds No prob. I am just a normal Sput user, lol. So what kind of music are you into?
 | Polyethylene Welcome! If you're even in need of some music recommendations, let me know :]
 | 50iL Fair enough, take your time!
