 | Mort. Yeah i do love spazz grind but not all of it obvs. Danza are just a bit too repetitive for me. Do you want spaz grind recs or anything? Id say check any of s*** ive reviewed man, its all in the hardcore spectrum

| Frippertronics well, there's the Thou/The Body collab "You, Whom I Have Always Hated" (sludge metal), Disappears' "Irreal" (post-punk), Napalm Death's "Apex Predator - Easy Meat" (death metal/grindcore), and Colin Stetson and Sarah Neufeld's "Never Were The Way She Was" (instrumental jazz). You hear Viet Cong's album or Jenny Death?

| Frippertronics I guess every band's gotta have that one album people are split on, but whatever. The averages hardly mean a thing. Though the album being a studio remake of a live piece they've been doing for about four years is a bit disappointing where they could've just recrafted it into something entirely new and leaving Behemoth as a live relic. But whatever, good album.

| Frippertronics Glad to hear you enjoyed Asunder, the drone bits really could've been trimmed down a minute or two, but it goes by incredibly fast. The vinyl copy even has a locked groove at the end of Lambs' Breath, makes it relatively challenging to figure out when to switch to side two.

| JustinKing I really recommend A City Sorrow Built's Ai. Nice mix of Daitro-esque Screamo and Black Metal. Also Archivist's self-titled, another great BM release. Don't know if you've listened to the band before, but Will Haven's Open the Mind to Discomfort. REALLY good band, mixing Noise Rock/Sludge Metal/Metalcore. Sufjan Stevens' new record is incredible. Stiu Nu Stiu is a great mix of Post-Punk, Shoegaze, and elements of Sludge. Elvis Depressedly's New Alhambra is among the best of his releases.
