I'm planning to listen to the following soon: The National, Portishead, Funkadelic, David Bowie, The Velevet Underground, Brand New, the Pixies, etc. But don't worry, I'll fit DGD in there.

| Lord(e)Po)))ts powerviolence im probably not the best guy to go to. they aren't my favourite genres so my recs for those would be pretty basic. like infest, iskra, ahna, crossed out, and no comment. stuff like that. but my latest lists have tonnes of the more electronic/ambient side of drone on them. if u want more metal drone stuff i could give u some recs. and hip-hop also, gotta be more specific, but theres tonnes on my lists. i think i have a huge hip-hop list in there somewhere.

| Lord(e)Po)))ts good answer. thats a pretty broad set of genres tho dude. u should probs just peruse my lists (like it seems you have been doing) cuz i try to put as many comprehensive genre tags on them as possible to help people decide what they'd like and what they wouldn't. you'd probably find what you are looking for better that way then me just kind of taking a couple random stabs at rec'ing you styles of drone noise and hip-hop that you'd enjoy (there are so many styles!). as for grindcore and
