| BlackMalachite It's a soft 4 for me right now, I really appreciated the more laid back vibes and the 90s dark techno influence that I heard on some of the tracks. Easily your best work, and easily my favorite of your albums.

| BlackMalachite The whole album is consistently like that track, same vibe, same genre, same feel. The only track that's different is "Iridescent" but that's because that's one of my piano tracks that I basically put on every album.

Up front, know that despite my disagreement, I respect your opinion and impression of the album.We're all aligned to the fact that absolute objectivity is impossible, but the figurative language you used was so vitriolic it was clear to me you were attaching meaning and subtext to the tracks that simply aren't present when you take them at face value. Music is deeply personal, I know, but I felt your review to be opinionated.

| SitarHero Thanks for the sweet feedback man! Yeah the plan is to tighten that guitar tone to let the song breathe a little bit more, but great call on the percussion for the middle section. I'm so obsessed with trying to make synthetic drums try and sound enough like real drums to at least fool the average listener that it didn't occur to me to try something more synthetic for effect. I'll get on it and see what happens.

 | Jots yeah, like, applications don't even close until tomorrow, and I bet getting a couple solid reviews out between now and, say, a week from now can't hurt. you've got some solid reviews under your belt so I think you'll be ok - worst case, if you don't get promoted immediately, pump out a bunch more quality reviews ASAP, and you could get promoted a bit later in the year
