| kmanthie Owls are back! They have their 2nd CD in a little over 13 years set to hit the streets in March. I already "pre-ordered" my copy-I bought the CD which comes w/a free MP3 download. But I have to wait until the album is actually released. Up where my order is, there's a countdown clock, counting down the days, hours, minutes and seconds until it's out - and it started at 62 days, x hours, x min.

| kmanthie I don't know why the pie chart at the top of the page reads that my music taste is "50% Emo" -that is not true. For one thing, I do not consider Joan of Arc, Owen, Cap'n Jazz, Owls and all the other Kinsella projects "emo". When I think of "emo" I think of one of JOA's labelmates, Braid or Weezer, to some extent, although I still dig some of their tunes. Also, I think of "emo" as the really junk bands like Blink 182 and the crap that they spawned. The faux-teen-angst and crybaby love songs.
