| pjorn yeah, the bass is def lower in the mix. That Rotten Sound album is more like Nasum, but less melodic.

| pjorn nice, yeah that nasum record blends a little more rhythmic/melodic stuff than the other recs I gave ya. Interested in what you think of Terrifyer tbh, that album is ****in unrelenting.

| pjorn i don't remember what everyone else rec'd but I said Nasum - Helvete (and nasum's other stuff), Pig Destroyer - Terrifyer, and Rotten Sound - Exit. There is obv other stuff, but those are all pretty great.

| OmairSh Hey man thanks for your headphone suggestion. I was considering the HD 380s but they're a bit pricey. Right now I actually have Sony MDR ZX100s. They're very cheap, but sound pretty damn good for the price ($30ish). I've never owned a pair of hefty/expensive headphones, and I was thinking that maybe it was time. But from your experience is the quality difference really worth the price differential? I mean I listen to A LOT of music and I want it in high quality, but is it worth the extra cash?
