Review Summary: A very well mixxed mixx.
As soon as I read Hawks’ newest list, I KNEW I needed to review this album to expose some real motherforking music to Sputnik. You see, music is more than just riffs, rods, and man hair. In fact, music exists beyond metal and gangsta rappers, and I’ll show y’all that, even though I rap myself. I could also show y’all my man hair. I mean, it’s literally on top of my ***ing head. Pause.
This is one of those GOOD albums that make you feel again. Especially the title track, holy ***, it’s the kind of song that’ll make you remember why you like k-pop in the first place. But no one will read this review because it is not metal or some obscure music that no one actually listens to in real life. You see, Sputnik is one of those places that makes you think a certain type of music is fire when it actually isn’t. I have left Sputnik for a while and the brainwashing was for realsies. Like, I hope you guys know life outside of Sputnik exists. Sputnik is not even that great, it’s just kinda meh with extra bugs I didn’t ask for like fruitflies.
Anyway, lemme talk to y’all in a way that you’ll understand: this album slaps. When the autotune part in Phoenix hits you’re like awwww hell yeah. And then they say “from the ash” and you’re like mmmmmmmm *stank face*. And then the next big beat hits, and it’s called Reality Hurts and dayummmm. Even Sput could get down with that track.
Since Sputnik is apparently still existing here’s a review for this album which is not actually a review. It’s just a way to fill the page. Nmixx took the opposite approach and actually gave a *** when making this album. Tons of variety in the tracks, lots of memorable sung hooks, and just swagger in the box/vox. That’s how it’s done noobs.
