Review Summary: This is a samba...

Not many people know who Benny Sing is. He has worked with artists like Rex Orange County, Goldlink, Tom Misch, and many more talented artists. He has also been on Frank Ocean's blonded RADIO (All We Do For Love off of this album.) He has been working on music for over 2 decades, and he has shown his talents in his various albums, from "Champagne People" to "Music".

What I love about this album is the vibe it brings to its listeners. It has a modern feel, and some of the instruments have a dry sound to it, like "toys" in Benny's words. This album also has some of my personal favorite Benny songs, like Realize, This Is A Samba, and Downstream.

The album starts right away with a happy tune called "Big Brown Eyes". This track sets the vibe for the rest of the album: nice, easy-going, simple and cute. It has a piano and electric keyboard as the main focus of this track, with a bass that just pieces the whole song together, along with a simple drum beat. The lyrics to the song suggest that Benny's partner might have lost interest in him, or maybe he has lost interest in her:

"Did it just disappear?
Just a minute ago, it was here
Well, I guess I can't stop
The love disappearing from your eyes."

Throughout this album, it has a subject that is clear right from the first two tracks: love. A lot of Benny's songs have the subject of love either sprinkled around it or as the main focus, and nearly every song off of this album has the subject of losing falling in love and being in love, which is not bad at all: it's makes the album really nice in its own way.

Another highlight from the album is "Realize". The track is simple but doesn't fail to make you feel relaxed: there is a piano being played in the background that seems to have a warp effect on it, with vinyl crackles in the background that adds a little flare to the track. The beat is rather simple: a bass drum, a snare, and a little bop which plays along the whole track. Benny's lyrics seem calm on this track and relaxing, suggesting he is talking to a love interest that they should be together/date:

"Realize we belong together
You and I we're apart together
Close your eyes and we're all together now."

The last song I will be talking about on here is one of my top 10 Benny tracks: Downstream. I can nearly guarantee you will like this song if you love the music and vibes from the Animal Crossing series. It has 2 guitars playing without any drums or bass, but with a nice, calming piano in the chorus. At around 2:14, the song changes into a beautiful guitar by itself with, which is then followed up by some soft synths, which eventually leads back into the main song, with the 2 guitars, and the chorus with the soft synth and piano, along with the background noise which makes it sound like you may be at a campfire. Its lyrics are very calming too:

"Pack your belongings we're going downstream
Where the best of all the purple berries grow
Pack your belongings we're going downstream
Where the best of all the purple berries grow"

Overall, I love this album a lot. Its vibe is very nice and clean, something that would help you fall asleep at night, in a good way. I highly recommend giving this album a full listen and deciding if it's your style. Overall: 4.5-5/5 (Score given: 4.5.)
