I've heard the song "Belive In Nothing", it was pretty cool.

Anyone else like this band?

To tell you how much i like Nevermore, i'll just say Van Williams is my idol for a drumm player.
I learned their songs all of em, i like the song "no more will" a lot, it has a hard technique in double bass but it rocks

The guy (whoever he is) is a great singer/

br3ad, check out (adapted to what i think are your tastes):
tomorrow turns into.., seed awakening, i voyager off this album.
this cd is going to be re-issued minus the bad muddy production for release soon. they are in the studio with andy sneap now. hopefully, i will like this cd then. all the other nevermore cds are way better to me.

I don't care about the shoddy production, this album shreds the socks off my feet!! Seed awakening's guitar solo is like my dream solo I want to learn. Very hard....

This is agreat band. I heard This Godless Endeavor a while back and I've been listening to several of their albums ever since. The new one is just as amazing as past work.

I've heard a few tracks off of this album...all are top notch.
I Voyager has one of the best riffs I've ever heard...
Ambivalent has a brilliant solo, and awesome lyrics.

i, voyager is one of those awesome songs that never gets old. i love this album, its what got me into really heavier stuff and i just cant believe how underrated these guys are.
i mean, i let one of my friends listen to this and he commented "man, these are like, some of the best chord progressions ive ever heard in metal"

The production is muddy as horse shit, but that's alright. The rest of the album makes up for it. Warrel Dane has some of the best vocals that I've heard in my entire life. Nevermore writes the catchiest choruses in metal.
Maybe I'll buy the remastered one on iTunes..This Message Edited On 10.09.05

Get the remastered version. The production on it is pretty good.

Just like this album, this review kinda falls short in length.

a big reason this album didn't get a higher rating is the production on the original. buy the remastered- everything sounds perfect

^^ Agreed, the remastered is an excellent if not superb album.

^ True, but as said above, remastered is better.

that's the point of the remaster, to sort out the poor mixing that was done on the original version. Not to add new parts in.

There was no point in remastering this unless you get a boner for 5.1.

Their new album will only be better. They get tighter with each release.
