Review Summary: I think it was a good album. Sometimes you can definitely tell that Hayley was going through some major writers block when she wrote it (lol), and it is kinda synth heavy, but other than those things it does have some pretty kick a** songs and good moment Am I the only one that likes this album on here? "Fast in my Car" makes me want to get up and dance. I love how the song is really happy and talks about just letting go of your problems and having fun. I will admit that "Now" took some time to get used to, but after a while it grew on me and I learned to love it. I love how fast pace and energy filled it is. "Grow Up" also took some time to get used to, but I do love how personal it is to Hayley and how it goes along with the whole theme of the band growing up. "Daydreaming" was also a bit of an awkward listen at first, but then I grew to appreciate the theme of the song, which is to think of a better tomorrow and strive to meet your goals. The Interlude "Moving on" is pretty on-point lyrically and I love that they used ukulele in the song. "Ain't it Fun" was pure gold! I love the fact that they used a choir on the song...it makes me think of the time I used to clap to music in church. I also like how it goes along with the whole theme of "growing up" by talking about how you need to accept responsibility for your actions and that you need to have your own back in this world. "Part II" kinda reminds me of their old stuff, and I love the drum solo and her belting in the song...lyrically, it's kinda meh, but it's a continuation of another song so expectations can't be too high. "Last Hope" is so emotional to me because I understand what it feels like to hold on to that little piece of resistance in you and keep moving forward. When I heard "Still Into You" I fell into love with it. Yeah, it's lyrically meh, but for the audience it was geared at, I think it's an absolutely awesome song. "Anclebiters" is also reminiscent of the music they made before. It also goes along perfectly with the theme of just being yourself ("growing up"). I think the Holiday interlude was a nice little treat and I love the ukulele in the song. The only song on the record I don't really like is "Proof". I think it sounds really awkward and the lyrics are a little bit on the "meh" side (it kinda sounds like they were just putting random stuff in there so it would rhyme). I DO like that they are willing to experiment a little, though. "Hate to See Your Heart Break" is lyrically simple, but I think for a song of it's kind (a teeny bop love break song) it's good. I love how high Hayley sings in the song...it's also a little too long. "One of Those Crazy Girls" kinda reminds me of a "classic Rock" sound...(heart break, the big bang moment when the guitar rifts start, etc.). Lyrically I think its on point, and I can really imagine someone going through something like that. "Be Alone" took some time to adjust to...I think it goes along with the whole "just be yourself" theme of growing up. I'm gonna go along with everyone else and say that "Future" was way too long. I know it was an outro, but their are literally 10 lines of lyrics and then you get into this long synth-filled jam session...you can tell they wanted to end it, but then someone in the background kept it going. Overall, I think it was a good album. Sometimes you can definitely tell that Hayley was going through some major writers block when she wrote it (lol), and it is kinda synth heavy, but other than those things it does have some pretty kick a** songs and good moments.

There a lot of grammar errors in that mess.

Try and explain a bit better why you fell in love with it.
Oh, and break it up into paragraphs so it isn't one huge block of text.

This is hardly a review, reads more like your immediate opinions of the album in some overwhelming stream of
consciousness format with that giant paragraph, and please fix that summary.

It's really horrible. I'm surprised you guys approved it. I wrote it while I was high on cough syrup.

cough syrup or no this is just no. That post-rocky outro was a wonderful surprise ending to an otherwise overly long and generally mediocre album. One of like the three bright spots on the record.
