Review Summary: This album is rad.

Buddha, the first album by blink, well technically their demo, is by far a classic album. Even though their musicianship is not all that great on this album they still made some kick ass songs.

To start this off lets review the songs. Carousel is a great opening song for this album because it has that semi melodic bass riff in the beginning but then it gets nice and fast. They have some other great fast-ish songs like T.V. , Fentoozler, Toast and Bananas and Reebok Commercial.

The lyrics of the songs are, as funny as they are, are great. I think the music and lyrics just fit perfectly together. I feel like they didn't know what they were doing exactly but they made it work and that's what i love about this album. I honestly do not have anything against this album in any way. I think it is great and it was basically the start of something new at the time when this album came out.

My overall opinion of this album is that it is great and if you were to get it, it is definitely worth the money.

Songs to listen to: Carousel, T.V., Fentoozler, Time, Reebok Commercial and Toast and Bananas.

You don't say anything about the music at all.

This might as well be a country album to someone who has never heard it based on the information from your review

Yeah, and it's good that you're taking the advice. Admitting faults in terms of reviewing is half the battle. My first reviews on here were absolutely atrocious and certainly don't deserve my contrib tag on them :P

it is a simple punk record. you didn't go into shit like guitar riffs or anything. you kept it short and simple. just review more of the songs.
