Review Summary: An album with a great sound but I have some minor picks on this one.

Okay, today´s review is an album by one of my favorite bands, There Is Nothing Left To Lose by Foo Fighters. A very, very good album that is one of my absolute favorites, maybe on my top 20 list of albums. But as we all know there are not many albums that are purely perfect, and There Is Nothing Left To Lose is no exception.

It starts of with Stacked Actors, a track that many people think is diffrent from many other of the Foo´s songs because it has a heavier sound. To me it´s not a disapponitment, but I don´t understand why people say it´s such a heavy song because I don´t really think it is. Sure, people are actually saying it´s diffrent from their other songs. And I don´t know, maybe that´s what people are talking about, I don´t know , maybe I´m getting it wrong. Next of is Breakout, an upbeat track that always leaves me smiling and can make me happy even if I´m mad. Dave Grohl´s voice is great in this song especially in the end. Another great song is Genetaror which uses a talk box unlike many other of these guys songs. This always makes me feel happy, just like Breakout, which is pretty much what I feel about this entire album, it makes me happy. When I´m having a bad day I like to listen to this to make me feel better. Not to say that the entire thing is an upbeat rock album. Aint it the life is also one of my favorites. Well, that´s not exactly true, it´s all about what mood you´re in at the time. When you feel like life sucks and there´s nothing you can do about it, listen to this song and it might make you feel better. It can remind you that life is going to suck sometimes and that´s pretty much life. You are going to have bad days and if you put on this song at those times you can feel better. It always works for me anyway.
Last I´m going to talk about the two best songs of the album: Next Year and M.I.A.
Next Year is great becasue of the lyrics. The music is also great but this is really good lyrics. Catch me if I get to high/ When I go down/ I´ll be coming home next year. And the riff and intro are just great. M.I.A is a great song because it just is. I can´t explain it, it´s just really, really good. If I´m going to complain about something it´s got to be the repetetive lyrics sometimes. You don´t havet o sing that line so many times, Dave. Not to say that doesn´t work, sometimes it does, but sometimes it just doesn´t.

So does this album works? Oh, yes. Is it perfect? No, but as I said there are few albums that are. But that doesn´t change the fact that this is a great album by a great band.

Review comes off as really informal.

Try to avoid opening reviews with: 'Ok, so todays review...'. Like I said, it comes off as informal and feels kinda sloppy.

You also need to try and break up your paragraphs, no-one wants to read a block of text.

I won't neg cos you have only written 2 reviews, just try to avoid the informal nature you're going for, it is very difficult to pull of well.

Avoid saying things like "my favourite band" in this format, it just sets you up badly

Definitely avoid talking about yourself in the review. Review it as if it's not your favorite band.
