This is the debut record by rock band..My Chemical Romance. My Chemical Romance formed in 2001 after lead singer Gerard Way witnessed the 9/11 attacks. At the time he was working for Cartoon Network. Gerard left his job to pursue his career in music so he can make a change. Gerard got former drummer-Matt Pelisser,lead guitarist-Ray Toro,bassist-Mikey Way and rhythm guitarist-Frank Iero. The band released 4 studio albums,1 bonus album and 2 live albums.
I Brought You Bullets,Your Brought Me Your Love..came out in July of 02. The album consists on elements of post hardcore and even a little bit of hardcore punk.
1.Romance-is an intro,so i can't review it lol
2.Honey This Mirror,Isn't Big Enough For The Both Us-Honey starts out with a really catchy riff and the lyrics seem to be pretty punkish,it's look like they Black Flag was a big inspiration on this song. The song has really catchy hook to it and it's a great opening track to the album. I give this song 4/5
3.Vampires Will Never Hurt You- Vampires is the first song this band has ever done and wow i'am impressed! This song is just so dark but so dang chilling,this song would go perfect for a horror movie because of the atmosphere. The song is damn catchy and it has one of the best lyrics i ever heard by any band..it is the best song off the album.I give this song 5/5
4.Drowning Lessons- Drowning is such a good song because of the insanely catchy beginning and the song never gets boring,it's one of the most upbeat songs i heard and overall really fun to listen to. I say listen to to this song if your into bands like Alexisonfire,Thursday and Thrice. I give this song 4.5/5
5.Our Lady Of Sorrows- Our Lady Of Sorrows is a good song but i think Gerard Way tries way to hard on this song.This song does have some catchiness but it's not of one of my favorites. I think it has a great feel to it but in other ways it's weak in ways because i think the guitars are in the wrong place and i think Gerard's vocals are pretty average on this song. I give this song-3/5
6.Headfirst For Halos-Halos is one of my favorite songs because of the amazing intro and the way Gerard screams after the intro is ***ing awesome with the drums really bring me into this song! This song is so good because it has such great lyrics and it's really meaniful to me.This song has awesome guitars,drums,vocals, i even think the bass is awesome. This song is a great listen. I give this song 5/5
7.Skylines & Turnstiles-S&T is the first song Gerard Way ever wrote.He wrote the song after he saw the 9/11 attacks.The song is so angry and it's even sad if you listen to the lyrics to this song. This song is just so powerful on this tragedy affected him.This song would give you chills because it one verse,Gerard says
That's if you've still got one that's left inside that cave you call a chest
And after seeing what we saw, can we still reclaim our innocence
And if the world needs something better, let's give them one more reason now
I think that is so meaniful it gives me chills! This song is amazing overall

8.Early Sunsets Over Monroeville- Early Sunsets is one of the slower songs off the album. The album starts off with nice guitar intro and nice vocals. I'm not sure what's this song is about. But i think it's based out of Dawn of the Dead. The song is really neat because i think it has such an amazing feeling to it. I feel they really worked hard on this song and i think this song is underrated as ***. So the song has such angry lyrics and overall and emotional song-4/5
9.This Is The Best Day Ever- This Is The Best Day Ever is the heaviest song on the record,it starts with this hardcore riff but overall i can't really say much about this song then it's a good song but i'm not feeling vocals and it sounds pretty different from the other stuff and the lyrics are average. I give this song-3/5
10.Cubicles-Cubicles is such a great song i love the crunchiness on this album, i think Gerard really shows improvement on his vocals and that riff is so sexy! It has one of the best choruses of any My Chemical Romance song or even any song in general. I love how this song can mix elements of post hardcore and punk and fit perfectly into this song-4.5/5
11.Demolition Lovers-Demolition Lovers is the closing track off the album and holy ***. This song would blow you away. It starts with this beautiful intro and the vocals are top notch.The lyrics are the highlight of this album. This song puts a knife in my heart but in a good way. This song has such a haunting/amazing atompshere to it. I love how it turns to soft to heavy to mindblowing. The solo is just damn perfect. I give this song- 5/5
