Release Date: 1995 | Tracklist

Review Summary: Gamechanger.

I was lucky enough to be living in London at the time this album was released so could feel the initial swell it produced which eventually became a giant wave which broke through all sorts of barriers previously held up against 'rave music'.

'Open Up' with John Lydon was the already well-known track on the album which initially caused the buzz, then it was apparent that this was much more than a collection of ecstasy tunes, it was an album proper. This was electronic music with an organic heart and a jazz soul. As more and more people caught onto the album it was amazing how the general attitude to dance music changed and the acceptance and respect spread.

Pure headphone joy, Leftism still provides new moments of discovery after years of listening.

If you haven't heard it, I recommend settling down into a comfortable place and getting lost in some great sound.

This is a sound-off, not a review. Also, you might want to consider proofreading your work before you post it.

Wow, this looks like it took about 5 minutes with how short it is, not to mention all the mistakes.

my friend told me he bought weed from this chick once. he asked her how she took her ketamine (pill,

snort, inject?) during the transaction and she got really excited said "Ketamine!" did 2 lines in

front of him and slowly started fading into herself. yea, no thanks.

I am new to this site, so was not aware of what constitutes a review or a 'sound off'.

As for my proofreading 'Clercqie' - have another look - I don't see any errors in it and didn't realize this was an English grammar site, thought it was just a decent forum for music.

Hey no problem, we're here to help :]

In general, a sound-off is a small, personal and more informal opinion of an album. You can check the ones for this album if you click the "User Opinions" button on the top of the page. An actual review on the other hand is preferred to be more in depth and a bit more objective and less personal. Everyone has their own style though, so as long as your writing itself is spot on, your pieces will be well-received.

As for the proof reading: watch your punctuation for one and make sure all your sentences make sense. You're missing a few pronouns here and there, for example.
