Review Summary: Public Enemy's fourth classic album in a row, proves that after four years, Public Enemy is still brilliant, and political.
Public Enemy is one of the greatest, and most influential hip-hop groups of all time, and this album is one of the reasons why. Public Enemy consists of three members, Chuck D, the politically salient rhymer, has a militant message, and possesses a take no prisoners persona, he also took the consciousness level, and raised it to unbelievable heights. he's also one of the greatest MC's of all time, Flavor Flav, the funnyman, who Public Enemy relies on for comedic relief, and there's Terminator X, who produces great beats for Public Enemy.
