Review Summary: Good Jesus. What have we done?
First off, let me just say that I have been exploring mainstream rock pretty heavily these past few days. I've been hoping lately for some immense break through that would speak to my heart and take me away to something more along the lines of a Linkin Park package, or perhaps F11. But what I got with 'All American Nightmare is too horrific for me to count the ways. I feel as though a rather perverted style of music has infiltrated into my head, and is now hopelessly trapped, and no matter what I do, I just can’t let it out. There really isn’t a complex way of stating this album by difference.
Wherever this album is supposed to explore, whatever this album is supposed to portray, ultimately comes off as just perverted partying hypocritical mind slaughtering insensibility that has no meaning or particular phrase of justice. This album purely delaminates the industry from where it came. By 'Hinder''s standards however, this album is still not particularly my favorite. But even worse stands its overall runway in the course of all the artists combined, which is no good for the sore eyes. To be perfectly honest, what surprised me with this album is how it contains such explicit standards for itself. I mean, how in the world can Austin Winkler desensitize his own word like this? Where the bad ass rock and roll comes in? Awesome flick. But where in the world is this angle located that nearly all the members are trying to explore? The only one on this album who seems to be making any effort at all is guitarist Joe Garvey. Even with Austin's abstract nonsense; he still stands out among the rest of this poor assembly. His style seems to portray that, of a different, more unique quality.
Basically, the composure of this abomination starts with the 2nd track. Pretty much from then, till track 5, it’s all repetitive and overall honing to a hideous sense. However, for the rest of the album, it picks up just the smallest amount. I can describe the remainder of tracks with the terms 'Bambi Dance'. That’s it really. The band has been tripping over themselves for a quite a while, but never before like this. This trite, uninformed, overly explored territory is not mastered by any means in 'All American Nightmare'.
To wrap it up, this album is 100% trite, uninspired, frail, brittle, and broken in all that it stands for. This album is much too repetitive for its nature, and is way too selfish and perverted. The only way I could make this review more to truthful, is if there was a 0.5 rating as well.
