Review Summary: Overall i think the greatist songs on the album were the fast past songs including Bad Man Walking, Lola Leave your light on, Mr. Man and Slakjaw Jezebel.

This album has the combination of fast and slow rock like most Gov't Mule albums. This album is good for those who like fast past rock songs like Muse and slower songs more similar to the beatles and slow jazz. Not entirely the same because they have thier own unqiue style set by thier singer Warren Hayes. They have have some great solo's featured in songs like New World Blues and Bad Man Walking. Even feature keyboard solo's by Danny Louis. Andy Hess on bass and Matt abts on Drums. Warren Hayes leading the bad with his guitar and vocal skills.

1) Bad Man Walking (4:08)
Features a fast pace hard rock tone, keyboard and guitar solo's. The song (In my intepretation) is abot greed and its hold on people.

2) About to Rage (8:06)
Features a slower more jazz feel during the verse, it picks up slightly during the chorus. It does include some fancy keyboard and guitar work.

3)Perfect Shelter (4:52)
Starts of with wah guitar work and muted drums and transition into a hard rock fancy guitar skill song. The keyboards take a less dominating feel. This song combines some jazz elements with the hard rock song in the chorus and has a Warren Hayyes solo in the middle of the song.

4) Little Toy Brain(5:12)
This song takes a more relaxed slow rock tone. This song incorperates some elements of country while keeping the Gov't Mule blend style of music.

5)Slakjaw Jezebel (5:26)
This has a quick rock tone and moments where they use the low tone drums and you can observe the bassist Andy Hess. Not to say the song is challanging on bass. The song (In my interpritation) Is about a lady who uses her body to take advantage of the opposing gender.

6)Wine and Blood (5:47)
This is a slow rock song dominated by Warren Hayes and his vocals and guitar work.

7)Lola Leave Your Light On (6:22)
My personal favorite of the album. This song fetures hard rock and talented guitar work. This song features Jeff Anders as a fifth member of instrumental talent on this song. Including a Guitar solo by Warren Hayes.

8)Silent Scream (10:57)
Silent Scream is the longest song on the album it begins slow rock picks up in through the middle into a faster hard rock song and then ends in a slow rock. Including a long solo at the end.

9)No Celebration (6:34)
This another slow less hype song on the album. Around 2:50 it pciks up into a slightly fast rock song and then sinks back into a slow pace.

10)Mr. Man (4:22)
Has a fast pace at the beginning and sustains it for the song. at around 1:30 they have a synthesyzer, dreamy transition into a low tom tom hard rock segment.

11)My Seperate Reality (7:03)
Slow rock and jazz feel through the diration of the song. dominated by Warren Hayes vocals

12)New World Blues (6:58)
Slow pace at the beggining and picks up to a hard rock chorus and transition into a slow rock versus.

Great album and a pretty good review but I generally prefer to stear clear of track-by-track reviews and adress the album as a whole but solid review nonetheless.

What is a "fast past rock song"?

Also, this has so many errors i don't even.

Good effort, you just might want to run your review through spell check and grammar check before you submit it.

I understand that you're no english major, all I'm saying is that if your idea can be better expressed if you work on your grammar and spelling.
