This album is what punk rock should be. Classic songs about past relationships and mental enguish, and Northstar is one of my favorite bands because you can tell the time they put into each song, and in this album the lyrics are just unbelivable.

1. For Members Only
This song brings the energy that every band should have on the first recording on their CD, it's really cool some of the lines in this song like "you move me like I got new feet, Just Don't Leave Me Like This Cause I Wonder", it's really a song you can get into, and for the opening recording of the album that is really awesome. 10/10

2. Pollyanna
Another song filled with energy that you can get into but not as much as For Members Only, this is really the members of Northstar obessing over a girl, if you can't tell by the lyrics to this song, it has a very catchy chrous and a song that you might have to listen once or twice carefully to understand the lyrics but the line "You Look So Lovely Running Through My Fingers Were Everything Is Always Felt Right" 10/10

3. American Living
Starts with some really well thought lines, and then go's into some cool beats and guitar riffs, but the chrous in this song is amazing "So Dance To Some Broken Chords", This song and Broken Parachute got me into Northstar and if you didn't really like the first two songs you'll like this one. 10/10

4. The Pornorgraphers Daughter
This jam is not as good as the first three, and sounds to much like the second track on this album, but there are some really cool lines like "I'll be holding my breath with the best intentions" and the chrous is yet again very catchy, which now you have come to expect from Northstar. 9/10

5. Like A.M. Radio
This song is nothing compared the first four with energy, but it has a real cool opening with my friends say it's alright, and then the chrous brings that energy that the first four recordings brought to the table this is a real good song. 8/10

6. The Accident Underwater
"Spread Apart On A Hospital Bed" that line will get stuck in your head constanly and to start a song is what really sets northstar apart from other bands out there today, this song is kind of slow but it has some really cool lyrics, that will keep you listening throughout. 8/10

7. Two Zero Two
The acoustic slow song on this album, but it will not dissapoint you with the best lyrics on the album and the great guitar riffs and this song is one of my favorites on the album. 10/10

8. To My Better Angel
Really this song isn't placed on the right song coming off the really slow song, this song moves at a pace that will make you jump very high off your seat, but it talks about us humans and our impatience, and how he just wants to run away from home, great song. 8/10

9. Bewteen Horns And Halos
Another fast paced song with really cool lyrics, but with a kind of corny chrous with "She Felt So Cold, So Cold She Froze" but then he keeps on going and keeps getting better and better with the start of this song you might think its worth a 5 of 10 but this song gets so good at the end ill give it a 7.5/10

10. Digtal Me
This song has a really cool beat and title, but how can the lead singer, sing at the same time? Wow that really makes me wonder, but the "Someone Just Paint It Red" part of this song is great and that gives it it's boost. 8/10

11. Rocket City
Really Cool lyrics and a great closer to a solid album, with great guitar and drums, Northstar finishes like they started aggresive. 8.5/10

Great Album 5/5
Songs you have to listen to:
For Members Only
Pollyanna
American Lving
The Pornographers Daughter
Two Zero Two

I know this is a lot better than my spill canvas review, so if you guys could give me any feedback that would be great.

EDIT: Changed album rating from 5/5 based on the average score given to all the individual songs - Damrod

You're a pretty good reviewer. Challenge yourself next time by not writing a track-by-track though. It gives a better flow.

This is such a quality cd. It's very refreshing. I wouldn't expect that they'd top Is This Thing Loaded? But they did here. By a fair margin too.
