The demo that turned into the self-titled EP that started it all. This record launch With Honor forward into the scene mixing elements ranging from old school to new school with they're brand of hard hitting melodic hardcore. While the production on this release is't as good as others it still sounds great especially for a demo. The songs blend together fast chord pregressions, melodic octave chords, quick riffs with honest and sincere lyrics from the heart. A must have for any fan of modern hardcore.
The first song is possibly one of the catchiest songs in hardcore right now and a great song to sing along to. The second song is one of the most sincere songs I've ever heard out of a hardcore band truely an impowering song moving towards the future. Also it is one of the better guitar tracks on the EP. The third song is an anthem of sorts about the modern state of the hardcore scene bringing back the intensity it once had. The final track on the EP is a fast moving song with more of a heavy feeling to it, great song to dance to.
For any fan of modern hardcore this is a must have. 5/5
