| Digging a hole to China
Binging on music as of late, list is recent digs. As always, give me recs! I need moar music. | 1 | | Against Me! Transgender Dysphoria Blues
One of my favorite records of the last couple of years. The topics are relevant, human, and fantastically punk. | 2 | | Gnarls Barkley The Odd Couple
This is seriously one helluva underrated album. Songs like Whatever and Surprise are fantastic. | 3 | | Incubus The Essential Incubus
I'm often too lazy to dive into discographies of bands who's popular period I've missed, so I start with greatest hits. this collection is so good though, completely satisfying as a contained unit. However I'm sure there's some great stuff I'm missing. Tell me. I'm too lazy to find it myself. | 4 | | De La Soul 3 Feet High and Rising
Three is the magic number | 5 | | The Gaslight Anthem The '59 Sound
If I love this, which i do, would I love Springsteen? | |

11.09.15 | Yeah, you'd probably dig the hell out of Springsteen. I don't know quite enough to rec an album of his, but Born To Run is a pretty safe bet looking at those ratings :3
I see you've 5'd Violator but nowt else of Depeche Mode's - have you heard Music for the Masses? Cos I'd rec that hard. Also check Pulp - Different Class and This Is Hardcore if you like Britpop that doesn't suck ^.^ | MyNameIsPencil
11.09.15 | If you want to listen to Incubus, start with Make Yourself; very well done alternative metal and easy to listen to.
S.C.I.E.N.C.E. is great but it can get really strange at times
Fungus Amongus is very funk influenced
this is also coming from a long time Incubus fan so I'd say all their stuff is good |
