03.29.13 | Film is rubbish. CGI is pathetic. Only good scenes are the intro at Bilbo's house, with the dwarves having dinner, and the Gollum scene, but that's because Andy Serkis. |

03.29.13 | I was super stoked for the film when I heard Guillermo Del Toro was directing. Instead we got Peter Jackson and it turned out just ok. I liked the Azog the chief-warrior dude though. |
demigod!
03.29.13 | still haven't seen, not much interest to really. |

03.29.13 | Just saw it. I dunno, kinda feels like one of those shitty remakes they make nowadays (only with a
slightly different story this time). And, correct me if I'm wrong (I haven't read the book), isn't it
odd that the Goblin King speaks like an ordinary person? I mean, not even a slight beast-like voice? |

03.29.13 | The Hobbit is to LOTR what the prequels were to Star Wars, a shitty CGI mess that tarnishes the reputation of the originals. Everything looked fake and the scene with the Goblin King...just no. How did none of them fucking die during that? I know thats not in the original story but the odds were SERIOUSLY stacked against them.
That said, The Gollum scene was the film's one moment of glory. |
