Dude used to do a solo show with improvised loops and the first time I saw it I was blown away. When I saw his act a few times it started to feel like a party trick. Weird thing is he was a super good harmonica player and a good singer, it just started to feel like a really good juggling act. This is ok and skillful and all, but it's not for me. 3

Sadly those same baby boomers grew up to put down the following generations just as their forefathers had, so this song rings as pure irony nowadays. Oh, it's a medley. This reminds me of something, but I can't place what. See, this is almost 12 minutes, but I'm fairly engaged, so I think that means it's awesome. I like the vocals a lot, they make the song feel hypnotic. 4.2/5 "Impi" This sounds very anthemic, but also quite 80s pop. Kinda boring honestly. 2.5/5 "Sanitarium (Welcome Home)" A nu-metal band covering thrash metal. Double pass. I can just smell the greasy hair. I'd rather just hear a Limp Bizkit original honestly. 1.8/5 "Shipwrecked Frontier Pioneer" Annoying vocals, drum abuse, shreddy guitars, inaudible bass and it's almost 8-minutes long. Can I skip this one? I guess that's up to me, so I'll hold on. During the slow section I can hear the bass and it's just following the drums with no variation. Man, it's not even just the vocals I don't like it's actually everything. Holy shit, there are still 3 minutes left. 1.5/5

I hate this honestly because it sounds like that YouTube trend where the video title would be like "what if I made this scene from a cartoon sung" and some shitty audio software is laid over the dialogue and you want me to listen to multiple songs of this? But seriously, pick one song next time. The fact you picked an entire concert made me go into this extra annoyed. At least when I rec'd a 24 min video, it was 1 song. 1/5

I never felt the urge to seek out anything else by Iron Maiden despite this weekly introduction to their music. 2.5

I think this is impressive, but it's almost not really the kind of music I go for. Damn though it's still impressive, like a battle of wits. Uehara taking the lead while Corea mostly backs her up is such an interesting choice since he's the more famous influential jazz musician. Occasionally he'll lead, but clearly, he's trying to support her vision of this song rather than the other way around. I'm not much for improv jazz, but I was thoroughly entertained. 4.3/5 "Highwayman" Well, this is hokey. I mean I don't hate it, but I don't think I ever need hear it again. 3/5 "Sugar Mountain" Pleasant folky guitar, which isn't surprising. I never really liked Young's voice. This is fine. 3/5 "A Quiet Life" I hate his voice? The cello is pretty though and the violins are nice enough. Can this end? Oh my god, I'm not even at the 3-minute mark. WHAT THE FUCK IS HE DOING WITH VOICE? This is like some drunk elderly dude doing karaoke over pretty music. 1.5/5 "Change Has Come" Some it's some abstract jazz with a violin, drums, trumpet, and saxophone. Hmm okay. Very solid, but not really my thing. I'm weird wish jazz idk. 3.5/5 "Pull My Strings" I wish I liked these guys more. "Holiday in Cambodia" is a classic, but man, most stuff I've heard by them isn't engaging. Clearly, they hate The Knack lol. Is it wrong if I find "My Sharona" way more listenable than this? Jello Biafra is clearly cool, but uh idk. Actually, I just skimmed "My Sharona" and it's awful...I don't remember it being THIS bad WHAT THE HELL? +.1 for proving your point Dead Kennedys. 2.5/5 "Kauonding Sissoko" Ooh, pretty banjo. I like this, it's placid, but not at all boring. I googled the other instrument and it's called a kora and it's simply lovely too. 4.5/5
