tho i def tend to focus on new albums as they're coming out checking out new albums from the past is so great and imperative and often a refreshing history lesson, whether it's something you missed out on last year or something that's half a century old. they really make the exploration and experience of music pretty much endless, and are especially delved into and appreciated during these listy weeks of december and upcoming beginning of a new year while waiting for current releases to gain steady traction. oldies 4e
