Since this is my first list I thought I'd try something I haven't really
seen. Top 10 list of my favorite bands! | | 1 | Dredg
Gavin is probably my favorite singer, definitely the one I draw the most

DEP have done an even better job than Number Munchers of making math
exciting! | | 3 | Circa Survive
I think this woman has a gorgeous voice, really catchy and occasionally unusual
(read: first two albums) song structures. | | 4 | Cynic
It's metal, but it's really pretty. None of their albums overstay their welcome,
and I especially like the new direction. | | 5 | Thrice
Amazing live band, and none of their albums sound the same while still
maintaining a core Thriceness | | 6 | The Used
The Used are the first band I really enjoyed as a teenager and they still hold a big
place in my heart. | | 7 | The Dear Hunter
I love Casey Crescenzo, and between the Act series and The Color Spectrum I'm
just so impressed with what he can do. | | 8 | Mastodon
These guys have never disappointed me from album to album, and seeing them
kill it touring "The Hunter" completely won me over as a fan. | | 9 | Fall Out Boy
Nobody does catchy better than these guys. Patrick's voice is like an angel (with
