| The 5 Best Bands I Have Seen Live
Clue's in the title. | | 1 | Neurosis
The riffs bury themselves into your head, you can't help but be entranced
by the hypnotic, almost tribal drumming. I've not found any band who plays
like Neurosis live. | | 2 | Gojira
The energy of the band really does transfer to the audience, and Gojira
have a ton of it. The music is frantic and heavy as fuck. Perfect for a good

The best way to describe a Napalm Death concert is "good value for
money". You aren't going to be dazzled, you're going to watch Barney talk
out his arse while throwing himself about the stage to some of the most
brutal music of all time. Yes please! | | 4 | Dream Theater
Pre-Mangini, it seemed that Dream Theater had a great stage show
formula, which had the two highlights of Rudess and Portnoy soloing. It
was a family event, and remains, even though in my opinion it is weaker, a
dazzling spectacle. | | 5 | Edguy
Shamelessly singing along to "Lavatory Love Machine" or "Superheroes"
never felt so fucking good. I don't care what anyone can possibly say about
the music, they're an awesome band live. | |
